HOUSE MANUAL
Wi‑Fi
You’ll find the Wi‑Fi name & password on the Welcome Card in the living area and inside the guest binder.
Connect:
Open Wi‑Fi settings on your phone/laptop.
Select the network shown on the Welcome Card.
Enter the password exactly (case‑sensitive). If it fails, toggle Wi‑Fi off/on and try again.
If the connection seems slow, move closer to the router and avoid heavy streaming on multiple devices at once.
TV / Streaming
Turn on the TV with the Power button on the remote.
Press Home (or Menu) to open built‑in apps (e.g., streaming apps). Log in with your own accounts and remember to log out when you leave.
To switch inputs, press Source/Input and choose the correct HDMI or TV input if needed.
If casting is supported, you’ll see a cast icon in your app; ensure your device is on the apartment Wi‑Fi.
Quiet Hours & Neighbors
This is a residential building. Please keep voices, music and TV low after 23:00 (11 pm) and until 06:00.
No parties or loud gatherings. Stairwells and balconies echo—close doors gently and avoid conversations on the landing late at night.
General Courtesy
Close doors/windows when you go out; turn off lights and AC/heating.
Smoking only where allowed (if applicable); never in stairwells.
Rubbish & Recycling
Use the bins in the kitchen (labels inside the lid). If you’re unsure, use the general waste bin.
Please do not leave trash in the corridor; take sealed bags to the designated outside bins.
Check‑out Basics
Wash or load dishes; remove obvious food waste.
Place used towels in the bathroom corner.
Return keys to the lockbox and scramble the code.
