Un peu anxieux au départ sur le peu d'avis sur l'hôtel et sur les restrictions horaires de disponibilité d'un accueil sur site mais au final l'accueil a été très gentil et prévenant. Le problème de la réservation de petits déjeuners a été résolu très vite et le café qui les servait est très très bien. Hôtel bien situé dans le centre de Cagliari.

The bellezza suites are difficult to find. Google Maps can help you find the dress in advance. As soon as you enter the building, you immediately feel back in time. All of the rooms have been recently renovated. The manager is helpful and gives you some recommendations for the best places to visit. The bellezza is ideally situated in the city. For breakfast, you can go out and buy a coffee shop.

The staff is very kind. The main street in the room offers a lovely view, the room has lots of windows and is cozy with a large window, and then the vintage style with that magnificent old furniture odor if you appreciate it, this place is not open for breakfast, but there are many places nearby where you can enjoy a typical italian breakfast. The location of this guesthouse is in the center of the marina and the old city center, so we will return.

Luckily the room was clean and the owner was very nice. And then, the location is very strategic because it is very close to the old city. After that, the room was clean. Subsequently, the location was very convenient because it is close to all of the major attractions in a walk area.

In this place, the proprietor francesco is a very pleasant and helpful person who can speak basic English and a cleaner comes in the morning for several hours. The rooms are excellent. The Maria room is a little tiny. The room hortense is arguably the finest room with a balcony overlooking a major street, and is suitable for 3 people. The rooms are good. To enter the property in this place, use a code on a combination lock. There is rarely staff present. We arrived at around 11 am. It was a little difficult to get inside at night from halfway around the world because of the darkness and motion-sensitive lights coming on and off. There is no breakfast included. A kettle, crockery, and silverware are found in the pantry space.

Stayed for five nights in the Horense suite. Walking from the train station took all of ten minutes. That's just another name. The room was spacious with amazing air conditioning instructions, the bathroom was big as well and always clean. There was a fridge in the room and a hairdryer, also available in the room off the living room. You can get coffee and tea in the room off the sitting area. Being British, we like milk in our tea and coffee so we just bought and kept it in the fridge no problem. Breakfast was different because you got vouchers for two nearby cafes that included coffee or tea, pastry, and juice. Very pleasant stay in a secure building.

Fantastica posizione e fantastica struttura. Proprietario flessibile e gentilissimo. Peccato che i cagliaritani al mattino sono rumorosi, quindi qualche rumore dalla strada è arrivato, ma in generale ottima soluzione. Consigliatissimo.

Accueil aimable et efficace, même lors d'une arrivée tard dans la soirée. Informations utiles et correctes sur la ville. Deux pièces aux meubles anciens (19e), à disposition des clients, avec possibilité de préparer des boissons chaudes. La chambre, dans le même style, était cependant dotée d'une salle de bain au confort tout-à-fait contemporain. Le wifi fonctionnait bien. On regretta cependant l'absence d'un minibar (frigo).

A different type of accommodation to our normal but very pleasant. The lift is the first thing to take your attention , loved it! The large, beautifully decorated suite was a joy to stay in for 5 days, coffee and tea in lounge whenever you wanted some, fridge in room very handy as was the hairdryer and toiletries. nice view from the 3 huge windows only spoilt at present with roadworks, but they will pass in time! Thanks for a lovely stay.

The manager had me ask three times for the breakfast coupon (one per night), gave one when I arrived, but then had me ask again, and for the third night I couldn't find anyone to ask again. The bed was not redone the second night. The rooms are pictoresque and well kept and it's very central.
