Staying at Nohasi Palace Boutique Hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to Puglia, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like cherished guests rather than just visitors. They were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure every little detail of our stay was taken care of. It's rare to find a team so genuinely invested in your experience. The property itself is breathtaking. The architecture, the grounds, the thoughtful touches throughout. The food was great too, from breakfast featuring homemade pastries original to Puglia to dinners that didn’t disappoint. And no stay here would be complete without meeting Mamini. The hotel's resident cat has clearly appointed herself the official welcoming committee, and she takes the role very seriously. After long, sun-soaked days exploring the stunning Puglia region, Mamini was there to welcome us back and see us to our room. We would recommend a stay at Nohasi Palace for anyone seeking a hidden gem of a hotel in the heart of Puglia.

Impressionné par le service et le personnel très attentionné de cet excellent hôtel. Gerardo, de la réception, m'attendait avec ma chemise lavée et repassée à minuit, debout à l'entrée de l'hôtel !!!!! Wow !!!!! Le jardin, le restaurant, la terrasse, la piscine (avec plusieurs jacuzzis) sont tellement bien entretenus que tout paraît neuf. Le restaurant offre des plats de très belle facture. Ma chambre (Nido) était pleine d'attentions personnalisées, chose que j'apprécie beaucoup. La literie de qualité, la terrasse de cette chambre fait 100 m² et comprend un coin table et chaises et un solarium avec une sorte de grand bain en pierre pour se rafraîchir. En conclusion, si vous cherchez l'excellence d'un hôtel, vous êtes sans nul doute à la bonne adresse !

Hotel splendido. Situazione molto tranquilla, poche camere, molta attenzione al benestare dei clienti. La proprietaria Serena vi ovatterá con mille attenzioni. Colazione a la cart eccellente, prodotti freschi del posto, di stagione. Ristorante molto buono in un contesto incantevole. Area piscina tranquilla, una pace quasi paradisiaca. Camere ben arredate, ottima climatizzazione, letti comodissimi. La SPA una coccola unica. Noha di Galatina é strategica, con un auto si raggiunge tutto il salento in meno di 30/35 minuti. Consigliatissima questa struttura!

Simply marvellous and unforgettable stay at Nohasi Palace. Such a warm and welcoming attendance performed by the whole staff and the ownership that is always there to help guests in the hotel. Summing up: - breakfast : everything is a la cart / no boring buffet - proper 5 stars service with whatever you want done upon order. Quality of products offered high. - room : cosy / welcoming / bed extremely comfortable / bed linen of high quality / cleaning spot on / all amenities avilable / I had a wonderful bath tub on the terrace too!! My room was NIDO one. Only point to consider lots of narrow stairs to be done to climb up the room so not adequate for elderly or for people with handicaps. - hotel amenities : SWIMMING POOL simply gorgeous with calming music under water. Food served at the pool is simply gorgeous (try the pucce, typical snack from Puglia) RESTAURANT is a gourmet type. High quality ingredients for a beautifull experience is guaranteed. COCKTAIL BAR with top notch cocktails and mocktails - location : close to all major sites in Salento, beaches at 15 mins and 20/30 mins max from the moat interesting sites. Very strategical! All in all one of the best places in Salento and I have been there 10 years so I know what I am talking about. Not only highly recommended but it is a MUST for high-end holiday makers. It is a well laid back and luxourios place, don'y miss it!!

A fantastic building, beautifully restored, really a small palazzo. Very ambitious owners, fine restaurant and the suite was splendid. Perfect for exploring Puglia, but feels like it’s really a place to get married at. We’d love to come back!
