This property was a welcome surprise from the moment we walked through the door. It is fresh and clean. Up to date in every way. There were plenty of towels and linen. Although being warm when entering the apt. Due strictly by the way the electricity works, it cooled down in an adequate time keeping us comfortable the entire stay. The bathroom and kitchen gave us all comforts of home. The only thing I would change are the very soft pillows which were very clean but a little too soft for us to use. We loved being greeted with coffee pods to enjoy the minute we arrived. We will not only want to stay with you for our future stays, we will be recommending you to everyone we know who will be visiting. With all of this said. The location of the property is perfectly located within the heart of the city leaving us ease to travel in any direction in the city quickly. Thank you again. We were so very pleased.

Lock box was stuck when we arrived requires more force than should be required to open. Neighbors who had same issue helped us get inside. We had small hiccup with cleaning upon arrival but it was fixed with an hour. Overall great location easy 10 min walk into centro area and a nice respite from crowds. AC worked well but apartment stayed cool without it. and washer dryer was very helpful. There are two floors of narrow staircases to navigate. Technically walkable from station but taxi would have been better choice for us. Would stay again if we come back to Florence.

Pros: 2 AC units, clean open space, beautiful decor and lighting. Cons: if sleeping in living room area, can hear cars outside and hard to sleep, WiFi did not work for 1 day, not enough space to hang towels, stairs are narrow and old.
