Io e la mia famiglia siamo arrivati a Napoli con un grande punto interrogativo: l’hotel che avevamo prenotato inizialmente, in pieno centro, ci ha scritto all’ultimo momento chiedendoci di annullare la prenotazione perché non aveva più posto. Una situazione spiacevole che rischiava di rovinarci la vacanza. Per fortuna Expedia è intervenuta subito, trovandoci una nuova sistemazione addirittura migliore rispetto alla precedente: un hotel eccellente nel cuore di Napoli. La camera tripla che ci è stata assegnata era sorprendentemente ampia, luminosa e affacciata direttamente sulla vivace via Toledo, una posizione perfetta per vivere la città a piedi. Pulizia impeccabile, arredi curati e un bagno davvero comodo, dotato di doppio lavabo, dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. Il personale è stato attento, disponibile. Un servizio che fa davvero la differenza, soprattutto quando si viaggia. Al momento della partenza abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli in deposito, così da goderci ancora qualche ora a Napoli senza pensieri. Quella che era iniziata come una disavventura si è trasformata in un’esperienza indimenticabile grazie a questo hotel che ha saputo accoglierci con professionalità e calore e grazie al personale di Expedia che non ci ha fatto sentire soli. Lo consigliamo a tutti: posizione perfetta, camere confortevoli e un servizio che mette davvero al centro le esigenze degli ospiti.

I stayed one night and now booked another night in the same hotel. Monica was so helpful and great customer service. I highly recommend this hotel, great location of Napoli Spanish quarter area on Via Toledo.

Honestly i was skeptical and worried because the reviews on Google were negative about this property ,But let me tell you , you will not be disappointed at all . Its super nice ,clean , and its the best location on the strip in my opinions . The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful with everything. We walked 7 minutes to the port , restaurant's all around the hotel . And its not what others were saying thay its shared rooms and all the none sense. 5 starts for this one for sure .

Hôtel extrêmement bien placé, en pleine via toledo et à 2 pas de la station de métro. Personnel très agréable et arrangeant, la chambre est grande, salle de bain très moderne, l’énorme plus, le balcon, nous avion vue sur la rue passante montant au mur de Maradona, présence d’un ascenseur et d’une Clim dans la chambre. Le seul point négatif mais malheureusement en pleine ville c’est normal c’est le bruit, même avec les fenêtres fermées bcp de bruit extérieur. Bref hôtel impeccable, possibilité de laisser les valises le jour du départ pour profiter encore un peu, je conseille fortement cet endroit.

After booking late on the day of of our stay due to Air B & B letting us down the staff were amazing getting us checked in, very helpful & friendly even offering us water on our arrival. Quick and efficient check in Great room and location and staff the following morning were great booking a taxi to the airport and even offering us coffee Great location would recommend & staff again

A recepção só funciona até as 20 horas. Os apartamentos são acessíveis por entradas externas a propriedade e apesar de grandes, com mobília nova, tem banheiros precários. O escoamento da água do banho funcionou muito mal e a falta de vedação do box, fez a água transbordar e inundar parte do meu quarto! Ainda tive que descer uma escada com muitos degraus, levando uma mala de 23 quilos pois estava na Europa há 15 dias!

This hotel is not a hotel and do not be tricked by the images displayed. The reception is around the corner and is only open throughout the day. It is more like an apartment - no security, no one to speak to after around 5 o clock. The images displayed of the rooms are correct - very clean, modern and nothing to complain about. However, you have a digital pin pad to open the main front door. This gains entry to the other 15 rooms. Outside of this door, there are many people who hover around, so if someone is not careful, the code to the hotel could become compromised to people who shouldn’t have access. The photos of the hotel on Expedia, are actually photos of a museum across the road. The ‘hotel’ or should I say rooms, are located above shops and entry to the rooms is at the start of a side street. Avoid if looking for a hotel and safety.
