Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 08:00 PM or dinner cannot be served and no refund provided.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
Restaurants around the area are limited and may close early in the evening. Dining options may be difficult to find after 05:00 PM.
Starting 1 July 2026, changes in local tax regulations will require guests to pay an Accommodation Tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property at check-in.
The tax is determined based on the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows:

For all room rates: JPY 200 per person per night

Additional conditions:
For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “room rate” shall refer to the room-only rate, excluding meal charges and consumption tax.
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in, even if you have paid by credit card in advance.
