As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM. Guests arriving outside the mentioned check-in hours are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made.
Guests must inform the property of each guest’s gender so that proper room amenities can be set up.
Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 6:30 PM or dinner cannot be served and no refund provided.
The meals will be served within the property under bad weather condition.

The property allows 1 night stay only.

Guests must inform the estimated arrival time to the property in advance, if the shuttle service is required.
The property has a curfew at 10:00 PM.
