We will return. They visit this hotel because it has a good reputation as a top-notch hotel. The room they give is so good, and well-kept. They didn't even want to disturb us because of a noisy environment, and we have to leave in the middle of the night. After a very pleasant experience. But what's more, it's not too late. They have a very good service as you'll notice that everyone in the hotel treats you as a vip. But they really care about you and ensure that you have a warm and happy experience. In the room next door to the hotel the manager has continuously offered to move us to another room. Please keep us peaceful and a restful night. The facility at this hotel was well maintained, and they have a lot of leopard cat statues here.

This was my first roman and the beginning of my time, and I couldn't stop thinking about it. The staff was incredibly helpful and made every effort to communicate in English and comprehend my Japanese. Fortunately, my partner is Japanese, but it would have been very difficult without him. Our room was large and extremely comfortable and featured a balcony bath with a view of the snowy mountain and river. We were completely at ease throughout our stay and felt at ease. But the biggest point, the Tanuki moment! I appreciate my wonderful partner for taking me to such a unique location, and as soon as I return to Kanagawa, I'll return!.

Each year we stay at this Roman to have fun while visiting. The food was always unique, authentic kiseki. Tanuki raccoons and the beginning hot springs were wonderful. There were also black bears at home. We would enter a hot spring in the evening that has many types of hot springs that are so tasty to soak into one at a time. Romans would switch the onset in the morning and let the visitor enjoy another for a change which gave us a different experience and feeling. We had a great breakfast that included a little home made pickles and au fish that we adored. It reminded us that we were in Japan! This year, my spouse was thrilled to stay in the same room as the last year in our room. He would first enjoy his time in the hot tub on the balcony of the room to view the scenery and the sound of the river in front of our room. After dinner, he would go back to the onset. We had an incredible memory that once a year that we had been eager to take advantage of at this time. A place where we can enjoy traditional Japanese cuisine and onset hot springs. What a treat!.

Very nice restaurant with superb service. The food was also very delicious. We visited for the anniversary.
