[Reservation Request] Please inform the property of your expected arrival time in advance. Please fill in the "Request" section of the reservation form or contact the property directly when making your reservation.

[Check-in] Guests who book with dinner must check in by 06:00 PM. Check-in after 07:00 PM is not possible. If you check in after 07:00 PM, dinner will be canceled and non-refundable.

[Dinner] Guests who book with room only or breakfast must make a reservation at least 3 days before the check-in date if they wish to eat dinner. If a reservation is not made, meals will not be prepared.

[Children] Children under 1 year old will be charged. Guests 6 years and older are considered adults. Extra children cannot be accommodated. Please make a reservation including the number of children. If you bring a child who is not registered, you will be charged either non-refundable or double the normal price.

[Meals] We cannot accommodate food allergies, vegetarians, or vegans. Thank you for your understanding.

[Pets] Pets are not allowed.

[Amenities] Bath towels are included in the room rate (one per person). If you need additional ones, please pay JPY 330 per piece.

Children are only permitted to stay in the "Sakura-so" and "Fukuju-so" rooms at our inn. Please note that children are not permitted to stay in any other rooms.
