During winter, snow removal work is carried out at night while avoiding the areas around parked vehicles. During summer, the parking lot may be unavailable due to local events. On days when it is unavailable, please park at the roadside station “Oka Kura,” a five-minute walk from the property. ・The kitchen may be used for simple cooking only. Please refrain from cooking grilled meat, fried foods, or similar dishes. Be sure to use the ventilation fan.
・To reduce plastic waste, disposable toothbrushes are not provided.
・For consecutive stays, room cleaning and towel replacement are not provided.
・Due to the risk of fire, please refrain from having barbecues or using fireworks outside the building.
・Additional bedding is not available. If needed, please consult us in advance.
・The guest rooms have double-glazed frosted windows. Curtains are not installed in order to maintain the Japanese-modern atmosphere.
・Please refrain from using perfume, incense, or similar items in the guest rooms.
If an odor remains and restoration to the original condition requires additional time, a restoration fee may be charged.
・The first floor of this property houses a spice curry restaurant, and the second floor is the accommodation facility. The first-floor entrance is shared.
The shared areas have a spice aroma. Guests who are sensitive to odors are requested to make reservations with this in mind.
The spice curry specialty restaurant Amadeus on the first floor is open from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

If the security camera at the front desk confirms that the number of guests exceeds that stated in the reservation, an additional fee will be charged.
