- Guests must provide a booking confirmation, credit card and a valid form of the government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
- If the credit card being used does not belong to the guests, please present the approval details from the credit card owner along with a signed photocopy of their passport. This information is required upon check in as proof when using another person's credit card.

Check-in is between 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Children aged between 5-11 years are allowed to stay for free on existing bed but there will be an additional charge of USD 15 for breakfast/ person / day which must be paid upon arrival.
To access resort via the privately owned bridge near the property, the following toll fee must be paid:
Walking: LAK 4,000
Bicycle: LAK 6,000
Motorbike: LAK 10,000
Tuk Tuk: LAK 20,000
Car: LAK 25,000

Tuk Tuk service is available between Vang Vieng busterminal and resort upon check-in and check-out. For pickup service at VangVieng bus terminal, please call the resort upon arrival at the bus terminal.
