Please take note that it is a mandatory requirement for all guests to provide a copy of all guests' Identification Card(IC)/ Passport and also MySejahtera Digital Certificate upon making a booking and before check in into the apartment.
The Host/apartment owner reserves their right to cancel the booking and/or refuse the check in without any liability to refund the payments made towards the booking if the guests fails and/or refuses to provide the copy of the IC/Passport and MySejahtera Digital Certificate of all the guests.
In addition to the above, please note that smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
Kindly be informed that guest are required to pay a security deposit of RM150 before check in. The security deposit will be deducted if there are missing or broken items or if the apartment requires extensive cleaning. The security deposit will also be forfeited if guest are found to have smoked inside the house. Otherwise, the security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after the check out date. If the missing or broken items are valued more than RM150, the host/apartment owner reserves the right to claim for the actual losses suffered. If any damages are found to any of the items, occupier should immediately inform the owner upon checking in otherwise the occupier shall be liable for the damages.
