ROOM RULES 1. One unit is designed to comfortably sleep 6 individuals. 2. Tenants are not allowed to bring outsiders into the unit. 3. No smoking in the house 4. Shut off power after use/exit the unit 5. Don't throw trash & sanitary napkins into the toilet bowl 6. Halal food & drinks only allowed into the unit 7. No drugs/ alcohol 8. Certain units have access to the pool, while others do not. Feel free to check with us again to confirm which units are eligible for pool usage.
PARKING SPACE 1. Tenants have to pay for their own parking space 2. Monday - Friday (RM 2.00 |First 2 hours ) 3. Saturday,Sunday & Public Holiday (RM 3.00 | First 2 hours) 4. Payment using CASH will be collected at the parking bar (exit only) . 7. Motorcycles are not allowed to go up to the 2nd floor parking lot 8. Cars without OKU stickers are not allowed to enter the OKU parking lot 9. Tenants are not allowed to hang out in the parking lot on the 2nd, 3rd & 4th floor
