Security deposit - A refundable security deposit of RM1,000 is required, paid by bank transfer up to 7 days before arrival. It is refunded by bank transfer within 48 hours after check-out. Smoking - No smoking indoors. You are welcome to smoke outside the house. - Fine for smoking indoors: RM1,000. Pets - Pets are welcome. Please let us know before arrival. - Pet fee: RM300 per stay for up to 3 pets, plus RM100 for each additional pet. - Pets must not relieve themselves inside the house. Any soiling or damage will be charged separately. Not allowed (fines apply) - Excessive drinking: RM1,000 - Shouting or loud noise after 10:00 PM: RM2,000 - Playing music too loudly: RM2,000 - Drugs of any kind: RM3,000 - Moving furniture: RM1,000 - Taping or gluing anything to the walls: RM500 - Wearing shoes inside the house Please also - Switch off all electrical appliances and water taps before you leave. - Use the appliances, games and furniture with care. Any damage will be charged at full price. - Please dry yourself before sitting on the sofa. Total fines may go up to RM8,500 depending on the condition of the house. The host may update these house rules at any time.

About PJ Old Town Homestay 35 Pax - Karaoke & PS5 - 9 Cars - 6km Mid Valley
Our 4,800 sq ft bungalow sits in PJ Old Town (Section 4), one of Petaling Jaya's oldest and most established neighbourhoods, and only about 11 minutes' drive from Mid Valley Megamall.
Inside there are 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms (7 ensuite bathrooms and 1 shared bathroom), with 35 bed spaces, so the whole group can stay under one roof. The master room has its own bathtub. Need a few more beds? Extra mattresses (up to 5) can be added at an additional cost.
The house is built for gathering: karaoke in the 2nd-floor living room, pool table, PS5, mahjong, rummy and board games, a kids' mini pool, and a glass-roofed sunroom to chill in. The dining area is huge, with room for everyone to sit down together.
The kitchen has 2 induction cookers, a twin-pot steamboat set, fridge and water dispenser, and there is a BBQ pit in the backyard. Travelling with a baby? A baby chair and baby cot are provided.
Events: the house can host up to 100 guests for an event. If your group is larger than 35, or you are planning a wedding, party, celebration, team building or other event, an additional fee of RM300 to RM1,000 may apply. Please let us know in advance.
