Lovely stay for 6 days. Staff was delightful and very helpful. Room was beautiful, old world Moroccan decor, with daily cleanings and thoughtful servicing. This is a place for those who wish to experience restful and classic Moroccan experience, not a modern sterile environment. Definitely will be back!

Très joli petit Riad en bord de médina, ce qui le protège quelque peu de l’effervescence et du bruit de celle-ci. Mais les sites principaux restent faisables à pieds. Le gérant prend le temps de nous accueillir et ses conseils facilitent la découverte de Marrakech. Le personnel est adorable et très serviable. Le petit déjeuner est bien complet,avec des spécialités locales variées , et peut être pris devant la piscine ou sur le roof top. Une adresse que je recommande.

Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Someone was available 24/7 to provide. There were no set times for breakfast- available instantly when you wanted it. Breakfast was typically orange juice, tea or coffee, fruit salad with homemade yoghurt, pancakes, toast, eggs/omlette and a slice of a different morrocan cake each day (2nd servings of all available). The food on an evening was freshly cooked and of a high standard. The Riad is 15 minutes walk from the centre of the Medina, which means it is much quieter.

There are not enough words to explain how wonderful Riad Hikaya is. It is truly a remarkable establishment and was, hands down, the highlight of our trip to Marrakech. The service was impeccable and personal. The room was incredibly comfortable and welcoming. And the rest of the Riad was beautifully appointed. Our first night there we arranged for a dinner by the pool in the courtyard and it was the best meal we had our entire trip. I really wish we had chosen to eat in every night because all the other establishments we visited paled in comparison. Breakfasts were decadent. After the busyness of Medina, Riad Hikaya felt like a retreat to peace and refuge. If I could give it six stars I would.

On arrival (the Riad sorted return taxis at a great price), served with traditional mint tea and homemade baked goods - such a lovely attention to detail. Facilities fantastic, entirely bespoke rooms and beautiful decor. Turndown service and daily cleaning were immaculate. Breakfast delicious - fresh coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and omelettes made to order. Staff were all so accommodating, kind and enthusiastic. I was travelling solo, staying at Riad Hikaya whilst friends stayed at another hotel, however I definitely feel I lucked out with my choice to stay here. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

We stayed in a few different riads throughout our time in Marrakesh and this one was so beautifully decorated, with plenty of common spaces to mingle, eat, relax. We loved the rooftop, even in chillier weather. The decor is so beautiful throughout the riad and we loved our room.

The Riad Hikaya was a wonderful all round experience- both a haven from the frenetic world of Marrakech and its lively streets and wonderful opportunity to absorb some of the culture of Morocco. The staff were outstanding- so friendly and nothing was too much trouble- always replying 'It my pleasure' and it really felt sincere. The decor and the food were traditional and the spa treatments were wonderfully local and certainly helped us to relax and enjoy our holiday. Thank you to all the team at Riad Hikaya- we will be back on day when we return to Morocco- thank you for making our holiday so joyful

Petit coin de paradis dans le quartier de la Kasbah. Le Riad est magnifique, bien décoré et équipé. La terrasse en rooftop offre une vue sur les montagnes enneigées. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins avec les clients. La restauration est de très bonne qualité. Excellent séjour au Riad Hikaya.

We had a wonderful stay. The riad is the most beautiful hotel we have stayed in, decorated with such care and stunning handmade fixtures and fittings the team look after you very well and were so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend the massage - one of the best we have had. A really unique and special place to stay. We would love to come back.

Me and my partner Harry stayed at riad hikaya and it was the best place we have ever stayed before! The staff are the most thoughtful welcoming people and made such an effort to make our stay so special, the riad was absolutely beautiful, when we got there wadia gave us loads of tips on where to go in Marrakech and organised lots for us during our stay! Could not have wished for a better place to stay! Also great location in terms of the medina! Will definitely be returning:)
