Just two of our two older daughters and I spent three nights at the read dar. They had double beds in their rooms. They had a smaller room than our tiny one. We were on the same floor with views of the pool. For security, our tiny window had to be shut down. When we checked in, our safe didn't function, the toilet wouldn't flush, and management requested service to fix the problem, but throughout our entire three-night stay, we had to flush numerous times to clear up waste. There was never any hot water, just a touch lukewarm. There was never hot water in our daughters room, a similar issue. The water wouldn't flush while taking a shower. Management removed the drain cover. The only way the water would easily drip down was this. Overall, having all of this happen upon checking was extremely humbling. Even though management went out to solve the issues, we would not have them in our room the first 12 hours. The hotel is lovely, and sitting on the rooftop for tea, drinks, or supper was a great treat. The front desk was helpful in arranging for an English-speaking day guide to take us to the three valleys and waterfalls. The front desk organized a private transfer from Marrakech to Casablanca. I would definitely stay here again. I had a great experience with this hotel. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. They even allow me to practice my piano while I'm away on holiday. This hotel is truly a treasure and delight. The breakfast is also great.

The location of this hotel is close to the Souk and Main Square, but there are some problems. I had only 2 nights with some good things, but I won't go back here. I stayed here for 2 nights and were satisfied. The rooms have poor hygiene and don't have enough water pressure. In the swimming pool, it is not suitable for swimming.

What a lovely, wonderful read! The staff is helpful and accommodating, and I am relieved that their English is excellent! Breakfast was excellent. Eggs will be prepared for you, and the buffet includes cheeses, crepes, yogurt, fruit, and other items! I like to put pomegranate seeds in my yogurt. We've had dinner here several times and it's wonderful. Try the Volbilia wine. And hello, Ben, the grey and white cat.
