House Rules:

1. There is no smoking inside the unit and within the area inside the premises. Please do note that the Condo Building will strictly impose a penalty of Php 2,000 for violators.
2. The lobby reception will only allow registered guests to stay in the unit. However, visitors are allowed during the day but limited up to the capacity of the unit. They will be required to login their details and leave their ID in the lobby reception whenever they come over to visit to gain access.
3. Beddings and blankets are arranged according to the number guests staying in the unit. Please see below for your reference for the bed setup.
Queen Bed = 2 Persons
Double Bed = 2 Persons
Double size Sofa bed = 2 Persons
Double size Pullout bed = 2 Persons
Double size mattress = 2 Persons
Single size mattress= 1 Person
If you would need additional beddings or blankets, we do provide for an extra fee to cover our cost for add-ons
Additional bed sheet – 100 Php/ each
Additional blanket – 100 Php/ each
Additional pillows - 150 Php 2pcs
Important note - Please do not stain or damage the beddings and blankets. If in case it got stain or damage during your stay, please understand we charge a fee from 400 Php to 800 Php.
4. During your stay we provide 1 Towel only for each guests. If you need more towels during your stay, we do provide for an extra fee of 100 Php for each towel to cover our cost.
Important note – Please only use the towels for its purpose. Please don’t stain it or place in the ground. If in case it got stain or spoiled, please understand we charge 400 Php for each stained or damaged towel.
5. Please do not take the Shampoo and Conditioner bottle found in the bathroom. We have to replenish it for our next guests.
6. Please never dispose or throw tissues, wipes or anything else in the toilet bowl. This will prevent the toilet bowl from clogging and prevent any inconvenience during your stay.
7. Please avoid breaking the glasses, mugs and plates or anything inside the unit. We’re very much thankful for it.
8. Parties, events, or any loud noise that may disrupt the neighbors next door is not allowed and is strictly prohibited.
9. Please keep the noise level low and TV Volume low specially in late evening.
10. Please keep our unit in good condition.
