Apartment/Flat Policies
1. Guest Rules:
No pets, parties, or smoking are allowed.
Only registered guests are permitted to enter the unit.
2. Room Usage:
For bookings of 2 guests, only one room will be made available.
Use of additional rooms may incur extra charges.
3. Additional Guests:
Bringing more guests than declared at booking will result in additional fees per extra guest.
Unauthorized or unregistered guests may lead to eviction or booking cancellation.
4. Unit Maintenance:
After check-in, the upkeep of the unit becomes the responsibility of the guests.
Any damage caused during the stay must be compensated by payment or replacement.
5. Booking Declaration:
It is essential to declare the accurate number of guests during booking, as rates vary based on guest count.
6. Power Outages:
In case of a power outage, the building provides emergency power only, supporting a fan, emergency lights, and cellphone charging. Air conditioning will not be operational during this time.
7. Parking:
The booking covers the room only. Paid parking is available but subject to availability.
