All we ask is that you respect our house and neighbours and leave the house in a tidy fashion when you leave, we will look after the rest. We would suggest you keep your door locked always when you're not in your room; after all we would hate to have something go missing and ruin your trip.
- Late Check Out: A late check-out fee of 500.00 pesos per hour will be charged after 12pm, unless a prearranged check-out time has been approved by the host. After 2 hours the full day rate will be charged.
- Lost Key Charge: There will be a 500.00-peso charge for any lost keys, payable before replacement keys are issued.
- Please turn off Air conditioner when leaving the house.
- We ask that you not smoke in the house.
- Guests are responsible for any damage including breakage of dishes, cups and glasses.
- Quiet hours 10pm to 7am.
- We are not responsible for power outages, slow internet or flight cancellations they are beyond our control
