Byłyby same 5, ale branie prysznica, to koszmar! Woda lodowata albo wrząca - coś trzeba z tym zrobić. Nikt z nas nie był w stanie się w nim umyć. Pozostała umywalka...

Poor contact with responsible people. A very nice flat. Sofa in a terrible condition, flooded and collapsing. A very good apartment for 2 people, but not for 4 persons,should to invest in 2 beds, my back still hurts.

Pokoj byl bardzo ladny, blisko do restauracji i rynku jedyne co nam przeszkadzalo to ze pod hotelem znajduje sie klub nocny i jest bardzo glosno do 5 rano co nocy wiec nie dalo sie zasnac do 5 :( Pozatym wszystko bylo super.

The building is located right next to a cabaret (strip club) where there is banging music playing till 10am on the weekend and about 4am on weekdays. We got no sleep!! When we asked the contact person from the hotel to help lower the music or move us somewhere, he first promised to look into it, said he will talk to mamnagement but there was no solution and on the 3rd day just ignored all of my calls. This is absolutely disgraceful and I cannot recoomend anyone to stay there. It is really unfair to not tell people who come on a family holiday that there will be loud music. I would have never booked it if I knew this. People who were renting the apartment below us (number 5) said they could not sleep as well and they had a family holiday with a small child. Management offered us no discount or comprensation, just ignored us. Please dont support such people. Only hotels.com customer support was helpful, but the actual owners were just lying. I hope no one else will have to experience this.

Selve lejligheden, rengøring mv. kan der ikke sættes en finger på - alt er i top stand. De lave anmeldelser gives grundet et uacceptabelt højt støj niveau som bevirkede at vi ingen søvn fik om natten hvorved det der virkede fuldstændig blegnede. På den anden side af væggen til soveværelset ligger et diskotek som spillede højt musik til mellem 8-9 hver formiddag! Vi har fået vores ferie ødelagt da vi ingen søvn fik om natten. Det er uacceptabelt at der ikke i beskrivelsen af lejligheden nævnes noget om at der må forventes støj af den karakter. Da vi skriver til udlejer allerede efter den første nat vælger udlejer ikke at svare til trods for at beskeden er læst! Det skal for god ordens skyld nævnes at der er 10 lejligheder i komplekset og det kun er lejlighed 5 og 10 som ligger op af diskoteket hvorved de resterende kan være gode. Finder det dog under alt kritik at der ikke er forskellige beskrivelse da der er meget stor forskel på støjniveauet i lejlighederne. Vi snakkede med dem som boede i lejlighed 10 som oplevede præcis de samme gener med støj som os. Udlejer har sidenhen forsøgt at bortforklare støjen med at bo i centrum men har boet i flere storbyer og aldrig oplevet noget lignende. Det er bondefangeri at der ikke nævnes at man får soveværelse på af et diskotek! Ved værelser op af en trafikeret vej står der også altid oplyst at der må forventes støj fra vejen. Læs anmelderne grundet igennem - de dårlige stammer fra nr. 5 og 10!
