This place is highly recommended. We did not find any problems with these apartments. They are well situated. It is a short distance from the major city, yet has excellent connections. The metro is directly across the street from the front entrance. On our first day, it took us roughly 40 minutes to go down into town. We had a flat on the first floor that featured a balcony. Very roomy inside and a lovely terrace, which was lovely on the couple of lovely sunny days. Alessandro, who looked after us, gave us a lot of information about the area and arranged a transfer back to the airport for us. The apartment was spotless and well-kept.

The apartment is in a great area with easy access to the metro station, shops, cafes and supermarkets. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the Santa Catalina shopping area and historic district. The host is amazing and easy to reach. Highly recommended

I stayed at I o Marquis apartments and a superior room on the top floor with a large balcony facing south and gardens. Alexandra met us and told us everything we needed to know about the apartment, what to do, where to eat, bus tour information, and where to go. Alexandra was a wonderful lady who was also accommodating, happy, and polite throughout our entire stay. You were allowed to bring it out with you so that you could use google maps to locate the various attractions and places. The apartment itself had a washing machine, coffee maker, ceramic hob, microwave, to, and ironing board as well as free use of a smart phone with preprogrammed attractions, restaurants, and other amenities. The apartment is across the street from the metro, the yellow line route, taxi ranks, and bus stops. The metro was about 3 euros to most places and a taxi 10 euros, so a taxi for the four of us was cheap. Walking to the city center took about 20 minutes, and to the historic part and the river dour, 45 minutes. The historic area is beautiful and vibrant. There are many restaurants and level walks along the riverside. Be sure to go on a boat ride and visit the port houses for a port wine tasting! They provided good service as we didn't get to check in until 9:00 a.m. and we didn't get to lounge in the cafe. But luckily we found a nice place and still clocked 4 miles there.

Stunning river panorama. Excellent service was given, as were the well-trained personnel at checking, breakfast, and laundry. The front desk was observing and effectively relaying messages. The breakfast staff were cheerfully providing the choice of eggs or coffee.
