El recibimiento por parte de Joao muy bueno.El alojamiento perfecto,limpio y confortable,con aire acondicionado modo calor lo cual se agradece por la noche.El unico pero es que no hay ascensor....se trata de un edificio de 190 años y no se puede retocar la estructura ni la fachada,pero por dentro esta impecable y los pisos totalmente nuevos

Great people! Early check in and had it cleaned at once. Even new bought new pillows! Really great and offered to provide sussegestions for things to do. I will stay there again next time i am there. Awesome personal experiance to make it feel like a home.

I stayed at the property for 2 nights, the area is so close to tourist attractions, restaurants and the river. You can walk to everything. The place is clean. The place is close to a bar and at night its quite noisy then it quiets down around 2-3am. We ran out of hot water because they use a porpane gas for heating the water and needs to be replaced and we are 4 people in the apartment, but It was easy to get hold of them. Bring your own toiletries. If you have large luggages it will be hard to bring it upstairs because there are no elevators. but overall our stay in the apartment was good. i will recommend it to my friends and family.

Location could not be beat. Noisy bedroom against the stairwell and from apartment above. On 2nd floor but stairs were not too steep. Good communication after we were able to get hold of someone. Had tried to email with no response but finally able to phone/text. All in all a good experience.

Séjour à Porto magnifique. Hôtel super bien situé, au cœur du quartier historique. Bonne isolation avec l'extérieur malgré l'âge du bâtiment, par contre, impossible de dormir avec les bruits du voisin du dessus. Mauvaise isolation, nous avons même cru que le voisin qui se déplaçait dans son appartement était dans le notre. En gros, nous vivons avec lui... Pourtant nous habitons dans une grande ville française, nous sommes habitués aux bruits, mais là,... Dommage car l'appart est superbe.

This property is not worth the convenient location. We were stuck trying to figure out the Air Conditioner system for 1 hour to get it to cool. It did not cool the apartment and we were stuck sweating all night with no sleep. You can hear your upstairs neighbors, was unable to sleep first night. Basic amenities were not provided such as, no top sheet for one of the beds and no hand soap, leading to unsanitary conditions. Apartment was not ready even though it was communicated the time we would be arriving. Installation of new gas tank was installed upon arrival. The gas smelled up the apartment all day.
