Only the number of guests confirmed on the booking are allowed at the Villa Rita.
- No Smoking:
Please no smoking, this includes, e-cigarettes, etc.
- Security Device Interference:
Please don't touch or remove any security or monitoring devices that we've given you permission to use.
- Cleanliness:
Please treat this place as if it were your own home. Before you leave, please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and take the trash out to the dumpster.
- Checkout Time:
Guests should complete checkout by the designated checkout time.
- Key Return:
Please leave the keys on the kitchen counter.
- Pets:
Pets are not allowed.
- Children:
We ask that you keep an eye on children at all times due to the presence of balconies, stairs and swimming pool.
- Leftover food:
Please don't leave leftover food in plain sight. These attract vermin (ants and cockroaches).
- Environment :
Please help us save energy by switching off all lights and air conditioning when you leave.
- Rubbish:
Please separate your waste and dispose of it in the designated recycling bins.
- Security:
Don't forget to close and lock all doors and windows when you leave the property.
- Keys:
We ask you to take care of the keys. If you lose your keys, it will cost 160 euros to replace them.
- Damages:
Please note that you are responsible for any damage to the property during your stay.
- Rest Hours:
We ask you to respect the quiet hours between 10pm and 9am.
- Barbecue:
Make sure the barbecue is completely off before going to bed.
