superb place, very modern and close to a lot of amenities. a homely feel and a place i would not hesitate to recommend .

This place is not recommended as the location is very strategically located, with many beautiful and stunning views, all within easy walking distance of the mosque and the construction work. The apartment had excellent design, well-kept apartments, helpful staff, and fast and secure parking. There is no AC in the room, so the noise we get when the windows open is too loud. The sliding doors only have a few horizontal railings, 7 flights up, so I wouldn't want to stay here with small children.

The balconies were beautiful in every way. The service was excellent and it was convenient as it was close to Long Street. Modern design with clean lines and lovely light shades of color. No traffic noise!.

Very stylish apartment that has the convenience of renting a self-catering unit. We appreciated the balcony that has a view of the city and Bo Kamp. very centrally located. Nice comfy bed. Very comfortable apartment that has a nice size, with sofas, a dining table, a kitchen, and even a washing machine so we could do our laundry.

I spent five days here and I was impressed. Great place and location. Everything is around you. The studio was big enough for two people. Around you, everything is very safe and the street is always guarded. You may hear some noise from the nightclub on Long Street, but not too loud.

The only good thing was the location. Communication regarding the property was terrible. Nowhere on Hotels.com does it say that this is a 'self-catering apartment'. This means that you only get two rolls of toilet paper and one garbage back for your stay. We stayed 5 nights and were expected to buy the supplies on our own. There were ants in the kitchen area even though we left no food out. There was one cockroach in the shower. The mattress needs replacing - it slopes down in the middle. The coffee table was missing. The garbage can was a miniature one that barely fit any rubbish. I did like the black out curtains though. I would not stay here again.
