- June to September (cold water): Shared use only. Private use is not allowed. No reservation required.
- October to December, March to May (lukewarm water): Reservation is required for shared use, with an additional charge of KRW 30,000 per room.
- Private use of the pool requires a reservation and an additional charge of KRW 100,000.
- The pool is not available from January to February.
- For safety reasons, pool use is prohibited during rainy weather as the floor may become slippery and cause accidents.
