Hermenhouse is a contactless pension, and staff are available for direct assistance from 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM. Requests after 08:00 PM cannot be accommodated.

- Visitors other than the reserved guests are not allowed to stay overnight, and the customer is responsible for any issues arising from this.
- Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not allowed. If entry is denied due to exceeding the maximum occupancy, refunds are not possible.
- The maximum occupancy includes infants, and minors are not allowed to stay without a guardian.
- Children and pets require special attention from guardians, and the property is not responsible for accidents caused by negligence.
- Advance reservation (at least two days prior) is required for all facilities, and on-site payment is possible (payment must be completed before check-in).
- Events and facility usage may be canceled depending on local weather conditions.
- Due to the structure of the complex, noise between floors may occur. Please refrain from making noise after 10:00 PM.
- Eating on bedding is strictly prohibited, and cooking foods with strong odors (meat, fish, fried foods, etc.) is not allowed. (If damage occurs, a separate cleaning fee will be charged.)
- If facilities or equipment are damaged or broken, repair costs will be charged.
- Please lock the door thoroughly when leaving, and the property is not responsible for theft due to negligence.
