ㅁ The property is not responsible for any issues arising from missing or incorrect contact information.
ㅁ If you check in after 06:00 PM (Korean time) on the day of arrival, you must contact the property directly in advance to arrange the check-in time and method.
ㅁ Even if not listed on the Agoda sales page, additional charges may apply for extra services, facilities, or other options at the property.
ㅁ The types, status, usage fees, and payment methods for extra services, facilities, and other options vary by property, so please confirm directly with the property before check-in.
ㅁ On the day of use, extra services, facilities, or other options may be restricted due to weather or property conditions, and refunds for accommodation costs are not possible for this reason.

ㅁ All children and infants are counted as adults for occupancy purposes, and if the maximum occupancy per room is exceeded, you may be required to pay an additional fee or be denied entry, even if your reservation was completed through Agoda.
ㅁ Entry may be denied based on the property's or room's entry policy regarding the number of guests, age, gender, pets, etc., so please confirm with the property in advance.

ㅁ Due to the real-time nature of reservations, room availability may not be 100% accurate. Double bookings may occur, and in such cases, the reservation with earlier payment will be prioritized.
