[Private Terrace BBQ]

- The BBQ area may be unavailable due to weather or seasonal conditions.
- For fire safety, personal burners, charcoal, and butane gas grills are not allowed.

[Mudflat Experience Tool Rental / Fishing Rod Rental]
• Boots and fishing rod rentals are not available in the morning due to facility maintenance, regardless of the tide schedule. Rentals are available from 13:00 ~ 14:00.
• Usage hours: 15:00 ~ 19:00
• Mudflat experience tool rental: Free of charge
• Fishing rod rental: 7,000 KRW per rod per night (pay on site)

[Swimming Pool]
• Pool open period: Summer season (peak season only)
• Usage hours: 15:00 ~ 19:00
• The pool will not open in case of severe weather such as heavy rain, typhoons, or thunderstorms for safety reasons.
• No food or drinks allowed in the pool.
• Please wash thoroughly after the mudflat experience before using the pool.
• Guests with infants or young children are kindly asked to pay special attention to children's safety.

[Prohibited Items]
• Personal burners (butane gas, portable stoves, pellet heaters, etc.)
• These items are prohibited due to fire risk and cannot be brought in or used on the premises.

[Parking Lot]
• Approximately 15 cars can be parked in the front yard.

[Pick-up Service]
• Pick-up service is not available.

All children and infants are considered adults for occupancy purposes.
All special requests are subject to availability.
An additional charge will be required for use of the property facilities such as BBQ, swimming pool, and spa.
Availability of property facilities may be subject to weather conditions or property related circumstances.
Check-in may be rejected if the number of guests at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking.
Early check-in/late check-out: KRW 30,000 per hour, Advance contact required.
Guests are required to provide a phone number at which property can reach them, when making the reservation.
Guests arriving after 07:00 PM(KST) are required to contact the property directly prior to arrival.

The minimum age of guests to stay is 19 years if unaccompanied by parents or legal guardians.
This is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.
