* Vehicle registration: KRW 900 per 30 minutes (one per room), maximum KRW 15,000 per day for non-launch within 24 hours of entry* The parking registration is one-time, so please re-register to the front when re-parking after leaving the car.

The property verifies the identification of both domestic and international guests during check-in for the following reasons.
- For Korean guests, identification is checked to verify the guest’s identity and age in accordance with applicable Korean laws and regulations, including the Public Health Control Act and the Youth Protection Act.
- For international guests, identification details are collected and recorded in compliance with applicable requirements under the Immigration Control Act, the Tourism Promotion Act, and other relevant regulations.

Please note that this identification procedure is also necessary for national security purposes and to support guest safety management in the event of an emergency.
If a photo of a guest’s identification document is temporarily taken, it is used solely for identity verification and the required guest record procedure.
The photo is securely managed during the guest’s stay and deleted immediately upon check-out. It is not used for any other purpose.

3. Check-in and Route Guidance
Check-in is available at both the Main Building and the New Wings front desk.
The operating hours differ by building, so kindly refer to the information below.

Main Building: Check-in available 24 hours
New Wings: Check-in available from 09:00 AM to 12:00 AM
※ Guests arriving after 12:00 AM are kindly requested to check in at the Main Building front desk.

4. Room Information
New Wings Family Twin:
Randomly assigned as one of the following:

1 queen bed + 1 single bed + 1 single futon, or
1 queen futon + 2 single beds
If you have a preferred bedding configuration, please request it in advance.

New Wings Family Suite:
Randomly assigned as one of the following:

1 queen bed + 2 single beds, or
1 queen bed + 1 queen topper
If you have a preferred bedding configuration, please request it in advance.
