The apartment complex is situated in a quiet business district of the town, just one street from the main road linking Cala d'Or with Cala Ferrera. A beach, a section of restaurants (El Patio), bars and the centre of Cala d'0r all lie within 500 m of the hotel. It is well worth paying a visit to Cala Mondragó with its parklands (around 6 km away), Castell Santueri (11 km from the hotel), Monasterio Consolacio (11 km away), Monasterio San Salvador (some 20 km from the hotel) and famous Es Trenc Beach (around 25 km away). Palma de Mallorca aiport is 60 km from the hotel. The small complex comprises two buildings of which one features five 37 m² apartments and the other six. A safe counts amongst the facilities. All the apartments have a bedroom with 2 single beds, a dressing table and 2 chairs, a lounge with a sofa bed, 2 armchairs, a table and 4 chairs, a full bathroom and a kitchenette with 2 electric hot plates and tea and coffee making facilities. Further offerings include a safe, built-in wardrobes, central heating and a balcony or terrace. In the approximately 1,100 m² gardens is a 55 m² swimming pool around which sun loungers and parasols have been laid out ready for use. The latter are also available for use on the beach (fees payable). There is a golf course in Vall d'Or, which lies some 6 km from the hotel. From the airport, head in the direction of Santanyí and then on towards Cala d'Or. On arrival in Cala d'Or, turn left towards Cala Ferrera at the 2nd crossroads. Turn right at the first crossroads; the hotel lies along the first road on the right (Calle Ses Pertions).
