We are pleased that you have decided to stay in our holiday bungalow. We hope that you will fully enjoy this cozy house, its facilities and the opportunity to relax and visit the surroundings.

We would appreciate it if you would take a moment to read and abide by these House Rules at the beginning of your stay. If something is unclear, please contact us so that we can explain it in more detail to avoid misunderstandings.

We have put a lot of effort into making this bungalow a beautiful place. Please treat it with the same respect as your own home. Please do not rearrange our furniture, do not eat in the bedroom and clean the kitchen after use.

Turn off lights, air conditioning, and all electronic devices when you leave the house. Don't forget to close the windows and lock the door. Due to rising energy prices and especially to avoid waste and to preserve the wonderful nature that surrounds us, your electricity consumption is metered. 5 kilowatts per day are already included in the price. Beyond that we charge 0,50 EUR per kilowatt. We can provide a travel cot (incl. bed linen, mattress with summer/winter side, changing mat, mosquito protection) on request for 5€ per day.

Finca Las Rocas and its owners cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, during the stay or related to the use of the facilities of the house. Your stay is at your own risk. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed outside the holiday home unaccompanied. The responsibility for this lies exclusively with the parents or legal guardians. We cannot be held responsible for accidents.

Smoking is not allowed in the house, but you can smoke outside.

Open fire is not allowed due to the fire hazard.

The pool is closed from 1 November to 31 March.

On arrival, we need the following details from all guests for the registration to comply with local law:
