Posizione centralissima, pulizia, gentilezza del personale! Ogni appartamento ha il suo terrazzo con tavolino, sedie e affaccio sulla piscina! Struttura vicinissima supermercati, ristoranti, fermata del bus e mare! Si trova facilmente parcheggio per la macchina!

Beautiful apartments which were kept clean and tidy. Some guests did not like that there was no pool bar or piped music but that was one of our favourite things! Staff friendly and helpful. Very good location as near to the main shopping and restaurant road but still quiet. Couple of little supermarkets a couple of minutes from the apartment. Highly recommend it for a quiet break especially as it is adult only.

We arrived to the hotel for 3 nights at about 10pm and we were greeted at the main reception by a very English-fluent receptionist who was very polite and helpful. We were shown to our room and quickly got settled in. The room was far from the largest room I've stayed in but it wasn't too small. The decor is a little dated and there isn't much in the way of "mod-cons" but it was immaculately clean. Anywhere we saw around the hotel it seemed to be perfectly clean, not even leaves from plants blowing about! The pool area, again, was lovely and clean and the pool itself is a great size. There are numerous bars and supermarkets within 2 minutes walking distance and the main "strip" is a comfortable <5 minute walk. I paid £40 a night for the room and for that price, it was brilliant. Don't book the hotel expecting the hilton because you will only be disappointing. I would definitely go back to this hotel

During our stay at the San Francisco Park Apartments we found it an ideal location to base our holiday from. It is very close to the beach, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. There are bus stops and taxi ranks close by also which makes it easy for anyone who would like to explore the island at their own pace. We found the staff at reception very friendly and they could give us advice of where to find the best places to visit, eat, drink, shop etc. A taxi was arranged to collect us to take us to the airport on our departure. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have re-booked for August.

Arrived to lovely lady to check us in requested an upper floor pool view room which we got! Our room was a studio very compact basic very clean, bathroom is tiny, shower good. Pool area is beautiful. Supermarket 2 mins away, 5mins to bars and restaurants, will defo be back.

The stay was just what the doctor ordered. We have been Lanzarote over the last 8year and never had a bad stay. The location of the apartment was great. Out of the apartment to the right was small shop and then a bar (the mucky duck). Then just round the corner was a hypo dinio supermarket . From the apartment to the strip is a very slight slope about 400 metres. When you get to the strip there are a few bars and the casino straight in front of you. Next to casino is cafe OLA which we want a few time the food was second to non a d the sunset was picture perfect. The staff in the apartment where very helpful. The WiFi was ok and the sun bed lounger where the best we have used at €5 for the week .there is no aircon so we hired a fan . We felt safe in the apartment where you could go the pool area and leave your door open. We would look to go back it was nice and quiet as adults only . The apartment would probably would not suite stag or hen parties. Reception staff really helpful and we got to see first hand how the staff look after guest who have stayed there before. The maintenance chap was get sunbeds out for guest who did not even ask. We thought this was a nice touch.

Great for a Quite getaway basic but all you need for a week bigger apartments are available. Staff are superb Central location very clean and very quite would recommend and would go back again this was second time anyway

Hotel accueillant et agréable, qualité prix imbattable. Le petit studio est modeste mais propre, le personnel très gentil. Compte tenu du tarif (300€ la semaine pour deux) impossible d'en redire. La localisation est juste parfaite : à 100 m de la plage, on peut difficilement trouver mieux à ce prix. Il existe des hotels en bord de plage mais on paie la nuit au moins 150€. Le studio est bien équipé avec l'ensemble des utensibles de cuisine (y compris tir bouchon ou couverts) mais aussi petite salle de bain et nombreux rangements. un coffre fort est en option, mais l'agent de sécurité la nuit rassure quant à l'absence de délinquance dans le complexe. S'il devait exister des points négatifs : les plaques électriques chauffent très peu( ou trop lentement) et le WiFi reste limité : débit bas et coupures intempestives en journée, lorsqu'il est fortement utilisé par tous. Cependant, à 5€ la semaine, difficile de faire la fine bouche. Personnellement, nous serions donc ravi d'y retourner.

La verdad es que habíamos leído buenas referencias sobre el hotel, así que mi pareja y yo nos decidimos a pasar allí 9 días. ¡No pudimos haber elejido mejor! Por el precio que se paga, está muy bien equipado: las habitaciones tenían todo lo necesario (incluso almohadas y mantas de más, por si acaso), la cocina era pequeña pero suficiente, tenía hasta tostadora, tetera, escurridor para la pasta... Por otra parte, era MUY tranquilo, no se escuchaba ni un ruido, ni de día ni de noche. Aún así, la calle llena de tiendas y bares para cenar y tomar algo estaba a menos de 2 minutos, y la playa a 5-10. Si se coge coche no hay problema para aparcar, quizá el primer día das una vuelta, pero nosotros aparcamos casi cada día a la primera y cerquita. Las dos recepcionistas GENIALES. Súper simpáticas y agradables. Incluso una de ellas me dió superglue para pegar una chancla rota. Hay supermercados cerca, así que no hay problema. La piscina ha estado siempre limpia y hay sombrillas para alquilar a bajo precio todo el día, y las amacas gratis, todo el día también. Es cierto que por la noche hace calor en las habitaciones, pero de 12 a 6 de la mañana hay un segurata vigilando así que se pueden dejar abiertas sin problema. Lo único un poco deficiente era el wifi. Pagamos 5 euros por habitacion toda la semana, y los primeros días costó bastante que lo cogiera,luego ya un poco menos, pero se iba y volvía a menudo. Aún así nos fue suficiente. En resumen: si volvemos, repetiremos seguro!

Me ha encantado el hotel, lo recomiendo totalmente. Se encuentra en una zona tranquila, sin ruidos ni borrachos. A un minuto andando se encuentran todos los bares y restaurantes (por si no te interesa tanta tranquilidad). El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesites y se limpia cada día. La zona de la piscina es ideal. El personal muy amable. Es ideal para parejas, tanto jóvenes como más mayores. Lo recomiendo totalmente, no tengo ninguna pega.

Apparut hôtel relativement agréable mais vieillot. Les chambres sont très standard et simplistes. Le wifi est payant mais ne fonctionne pas. La réception n’est ouverte que 2h par jour en milieu de journée. Pas facile si vous faites des activités.
