2. Smoking inside is strictly forbidden and only allowed on the terrace (please use the ashtray). No drugs allowed on premises.
1. The public rules of the house and must be observed (see public notice) at any times.
5. Dispose trash in the provided bins and throw the bin bags into the container on the other side of the road. Please do not flush any sanitary products or baby wipes down the toilet.

6. Empty the fridge and put dishes in the dishwasher before check-out.
We reserve the right to evict any guest or visitor who fails to adhere to our House Rules. In case of any damages or loss of the keys the guest will be held responsible and charged accordingly.
SPA: open till 10 pm; no alcohol allowed; use the broom to clear showers from water; switch off all lights/sauna & lock door when leaving.
3. No parties or events allowed. It’s not allowed to have more than two external guests in the house
Failure to follow any of these House Rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of your reservation.
7. Unless otherwise agreed, the latest check-out time is 11 a.m.
4. Keep the noise low between 10pm and 8am as the neighbors are quite sensitive and are calling the police quickly. The fine is up to 800€.
