For groups consisting of guests aged between 18 and 26 years, a refundable security deposit of €150 per person is required. During local holidays, the refundable security deposit will be €300 per person. The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival. It will be refunded after check-out, following an inspection of the property, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected. No parties or events are permitted.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
