We booked a two-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette and a balcony. The decor is fairly basic and tired, and there was a toilet problem that was reported to have not been fixed during our stay. Having said that the staff is very friendly and it was probably an oversight which hopefully got corrected after we left.

Relaxing stay. Before hand, I got a call to confirm the reservation. With a kind greeting, the key was handed to us at the property. This apartment is in a complex of 54 apartments, making it one of the easiest to get to and has a stunning lake view due to its location in the front block. The person tasked with the property, Sam, is a really kind and helpful person who educated us on the area and things to do. The lake walk path is only a short walk from the property, which is truly relaxing, and it's in a perfectly tranquil, part surrounded by greenery. The property is close to Rogers Lake, which is a really peaceful, pieceful area surrounded by greenery. So it's superb to drink coffee while enjoying the lake view. Two delightfully arranged bedrooms in the brand-new apartment. One room had a large bunker bed. The kitchen was fantastic, and the living room was spacious. The bathroom was spotless and tidy. In addition, tiny English cottages are accessible on a short walk along the tea state, one of Nuwaraelliya's most visited tourist attraction.

I really like the nice clean and comfortable apartment. The best thing about this apartment is the pleasant view of the lake. And then, the staff is also friendly. After that, we only stayed for 1 night but if we will stay for longer, it is highly recommended.

This hotel is well-maintained right off gregory lake. This location lacks luxury, to be honest. But don't let it deter you from visiting it. The 2 bedroom apartment and bungalow are in good condition. Besides that, there is a small useful kitchen here. A small terrace where two friends may easily converse over a drink. The fact that all 2 bedroom condos only have one bathroom is one of the flip sides of this place. This made us uncomfortable since we were two families. There is also no lobby or reception where you can inquire about anything. You must call a number, and prompt service follows that. When you order meals, you must order from a local restaurant's menu that is maintained in every room. The hospitality was superb from start to finish.
