Excellent stay from start to finish. The location is perfect, especially for exploring Grindelwald and the surrounding mountain areas. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of options, and all the common areas were spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. What stood out most was how much thought had clearly gone into guest comfort. Everything felt welcoming, organized, and designed to make guests feel relaxed and cared for. We genuinely felt well looked after during our stay. One of the few hotels where I felt every dollar was well spent. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Grindelwald.

Great place right by the train station. Just a 10 minute walk from town or short bus. Make sure to go do upgraded room with a view. It’s worth it! Just amazing way to wake up in the morning.

We had a beautiful view of the Eiger from our room. The breakfast was good and there's a grill next door for easy dining. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the train station. They provided us a free bus pass to Grindelwald town. There's a Migros supermarket and Raifeisen Bank ATM in the train station if you want cash.

This hotel is adjacent to the train station which was particularly nice after a long train ride. Checkin was easy and the gentleman was helpful with recommendations. The room was small but clean and efficient with a great view of Eiger mtn. Wonderful mountain pictures throughout the hotel. Lovely breakfast

The location is great that it is right next to the Grindelwald Terminal which makes your travel so much convenient. The hotel offers free breakfast and travel pass for bus travel which makes your stay even more comfy and value for money. The room is sizable to fit for family. Only thing to alert is there is no door for bathroom so be careful when you opened the room door, people can see inside the bathroom if someone is bathing (haha). The staff is not there for the whole day but as long as you check in before 8 pm, there will be someone there to help you. The view is great on top floor if you select the right level and right side as you can see the mountain at both days and nights

I stayed in the mountain view room in Eiger lodge chic. Overall, the experience there was amazing! Room I was overwhelmed by the breathtaking scenery of the mountains. The room was clean and cozy. Breakfast I was satisfied with the quality of breakfast. I loved the fresh vegetables, several kinds of breads and cheese, jams, fruits Staff Kind, helpful, friendly! Location Fantastic! Only 5 minutes to Grindelwald terminal (gateway of Eiger express and train) It is conveniently located to tourist attractions in Grindelwald Bar I can’t find suitable words to describe. Amazing. I enjoyed the meal and beer on the roof top with a stunning view of the Eiger.

Extremely clean room. Super nice and helpful staff…each member of the staff was so kind. The view…OMG..breathtaking!!! The breakfast was marvelous! Don’t miss the gondola ride up to Eiger glacier or further to Jungfrau!! Had a SPECTACULAR time!!
