1 .Package Description: 12 people can provide 2 double rooms + 2 quadruple rooms, up to 2 beds (extra bed for double room), extra bed for $500, up to 14 people.
2. Time to enter the house: After 16:00 on the same day.
3. Check-out time: before 12:00 am the following day. (Please be sure to return the door key when you check out)
4.Please check in according to the agreed number of people on the same day. If there is any increase or decrease in the number of people or the number of rooms, please inform us in advance.
5.Adding people to $300 per person for a flat holiday.
6.1 extra bed can be added to the double room, the extra bed is not $500 per bed.
7.Children under 3 years old do not occupy the bed at no extra charge, each room is limited to 1 person, please forgive me for any inconvenience.
8. Please present your ID upon check-in to register and pay for the accommodation or the final payment.
9. A deposit of $1000 is required for the use of the barbecue site. After use, the original site will be cleaned and returned, and the deposit will be refunded after the check-out on the next day.
