This place was cool, cozy, and exactly what we needed during our stay. We chose the top rooms with balconies, which had a stunning view of the island and were private and quiet. The staff was also very helpful and willing to help. You need to be in relatively good shape to stay here, or the stairs leading up to the rooms will kill you. Luckily the staff are willing to help with your luggage and even give you a piggy back ride at the right price. Thank you for the hospitality!.

Kamarnya sangat bagus. Ruangannya bersih, tempat tidurnya nyaman, tekanan airnya bagus. Wifi berfungsi dengan baik. Kamar balkon kami memiliki pemandangan yang indah. Harganya bagus dibandingkan dengan akomodasi lain di Phi Phi dan pemiliknya sangat perhatian.

Hotel ini memiliki beberapa masalah seperti lubang di dinding atau kedap suara total, namun hal ini dapat ditanggung selama beberapa malam karena kamarnya bersih dan dilengkapi dengan baik. Namun, kurangnya profesionalisme manajer hotel merusak segalanya. Mereka adalah orang-orang yang sangat baik dan murah senyum seperti semua orang di sini. Namun, ketika menyangkut soal uang, topeng-topeng itu akan hilang. Staf datang untuk membersihkan dan pada malam hari ketika saya kembali, tidak mungkin menemukan kantong plastik berisi barang-barang pribadi saya. Saya akhirnya menyimpulkan bahwa mereka membuang tas yang tergeletak di lantai karena tidak ada perabot untuk meletakkan barang-barang mereka di kamar mandi. Manajer akhirnya memberi tahu saya bahwa saya dapat membeli produk tersebut dan kemudian dia akan mengembalikan uang saya. Tas ini berisi 6 produk, saya hanya membeli 3 (yang paling penting karena saya sudah mendekati akhir masa tinggal saya). Manajer yang sangat tersenyum itu secara radikal mengubah perilakunya dengan menekan saya untuk memberikan harga akhir seolah-olah saya mengganggunya. Ketika manajer mengetahui harganya (yaitu 535 baht sedangkan produk saya yang berasal dari Perancis masing-masing harganya lebih dari 600 baht), dia mengeluarkan banyak alasan seperti dia tidak bisa memberi saya lebih dari 300 baht. This place offers excellent value for your money. The staff is exceptionally friendly, which speaks a lot of the language in this welcoming country. The complimentary water and breathtaking views add to the overall positive experience. The service provided for luggage pickup and delivery is prompt and efficient. Additionally, there is a bathroom where you can enjoy a refreshing shower after checkout, perfect for those still looking to enjoy the beach. Its important to note the stairs, as they may not be the most suitable option for individuals with mobility issues, but they are a fantastic way to get in a quick workout. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful establishment!.

Hotel yang bagus dengan harga yang terjangkau. AC-nya bersih dan kuat, dan pemandangannya indah. Kamar-kamarnya dilengkapi dengan perabotan yang cukup fungsional dan agak rusak di mana-mana, tetapi apa lagi yang bisa Anda harapkan untuk harganya? Wanita di resepsionis sangat ramah. Kurang dari 1 bintang karena berisik dan tetangga berbicara. Itu sebabnya Anda dapat mendengar musik keras di bar hingga larut malam.

The location was nice with a great view and the staff were very friendly. If you have luggage someone is taking your stuff to your room. So two things i didnt like were that in order to reach the room we had to climb 180 stairs in hot weather and the room was soaking wet. Another thing was that we saw a large and poisonous snake in front of the neighbours door.

The rooms were fine, but there are about 80 stairs on the way to the rooms. The staff were also very nice. However, you do get a great view of phi and the sea thanks to all the stairs.

The staff is very kind, friendly, and accommodating! The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable. The only downside was the stairs leading up to the room, but the climb was worth it to get away from the hustle and bustle of nightlife.

We stayed at blue view for two days. The staff and owners were very humble people. The rooms were clean and well maintained. All basic facilities are available in the room. We had a very good stay. Of course you have to climb the stairs (about 100 steps) to reach the hotel. But it is worth it.

This hotel is fine. I booked a sea view room and mine was one of the lower ones, but still 100 steps to get there, not for the faint of heart! The staff are great, picked up my luggage at the pier and were very friendly. The location is near the party end of the island so i could still hear the music, but it was fine to sleep with earplugs. The room itself felt a bit tired, while it was very clean there were some holes in the walls and a very hard bed. You pay for the view, i would probably look to stay in another place on the island next time.

What a wonderful stay! I adored it, especially the balcony view. The service was excellent as well, they bring your luggage from the ferry to your room! They were so kind that they even printed our ferry tickets. View from the balcony. Im grateful for that wonderful stay!.

The view from our room was stunning, especially at sunset. The family who own the hotel are very friendly and can always help you with a suggestion of food and activities around the island. We had the best time at blue view. I highly recommended!.

I heartily suggest it. A lovely view makes this a great place to stay in phoi. The hotel assists with carrying bags, even if you have to climb stairs to reach the hotel. The receptionists are lovely, welcoming, and accommodating, and they have a big smile on their faces. The air conditioning is excellent, and the rooms are neat and clean.

The staff met us at the pier and helped us with our bags, even carrying them up the stairs for us. We didnt realize you had to ask for your room to be turned over before 2 pm if you wanted that, but the absolutely lovely owners went out of their way and did it for us at around 5 pm when we went for dinner and enquired! Beyond kind, would definitely stay here again. Lovely room, great air conditioning, beautiful balcony view, safe, wet room style bathroom (great for washing off the sand) and a fridge (note that it turns off when your key isnt in the slot, but we only had bottled water in it, which was also free! So kind, especially since bottled water on phii is a bit more expensive.
