5. No refunds will be entertained once payment has been made.
11. It is not permitted to use the sounds outside the house after 22:00. You will be discharged immediately. Security deposit will not be refunded.
6. Changes for check-in date are not possible once payment has been made.
16. Fresh seafood shall be put in a cooler freezer or crate.
19. Late check-out fee is amounting to ฿500 per hour.
23. Proper swimsuits must be worn in the pool. Jeans and cotton shirts are not allowed to reduce the risk of contaminating the pool with waterborne illness and contaminants.
13. The guest holds responsibility for any damages within the villa and will be charged double the price of damaged item.
20. Gambling and all kinds of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. The company does not tolerate these acts. A fine of 100,000 will be charged to the violators.
18. In case usage exceeded within the limit, the cost will be ฿10 per unit.
15. Dishes need to be left clean. The company has the right to deduct ฿1,000 from the security deposit for cleaning fee if you leave more than 5 dirty dishes.
12. Cleaning fee for housekeeping request is ฿1,000.
2. Please notify us thirty (30) minutes before you arrive in Pattaya.
22. Parties/events not allowed.
8. A security deposit of ฿10,000 is required which is fully refundable upon check-out after damage inspection of the accommodation.
4. In case of early check-out, please notify us at least one (1) hour before the requested time.
21. In case of damaging or losing the house key and garage door remote control. A fine of ฿6,000 will be charged.
1. Standard check-in time is 15:00H and standard check-out time is 12:00H.
14. In case there are unofficially booked persons in accommodation the company reserves the right not to refund the security deposit and the penalty rate per head will be adjusted to ฿2,000.
3. Present your passport/valid ID upon check-in. Prepare amount for your remaining balance and security deposit. The key will be given once payment has been completed.
17. There are 200 units free in power consumption per stay in Villa C.
10. Be considerate no yelling or other noises. We ask that you respect our neighbor's privacy and monitor noise levels during your stay.
7. Pets below 5 kg are permitted (Charge for pet fee is 500 baht a night).
9. Smoking is not permitted inside the house; a fine of ฿5,000 will be applied for breaking the rule.
