🛠 Neighborhood Guidelines
Our villa is located in a quiet residential area.
No parties or loud noise.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
🏡 House Rules
1️⃣ Dispose of waste in the black bin outside. Don’t leave food or trash uncovered inside — it attracts ants/insects.
2️⃣ No smoking indoors – fine: 5,000 Baht. You may smoke in the designated outdoor areas.
3️⃣ No firearms – strictly forbidden. Offenses will be reported to local authorities.
4️⃣ Keep keys/keycard safe – replacement charges apply.
5️⃣ No marijuana use indoors – fine: 5,000 Baht.
6️⃣ Swim & use facilities at your own risk.
7️⃣ Extra bath towels: 50 Baht/towel upon request.
8️⃣ Bed linen & duvet change: 200 Baht/bed.
9️⃣ Kitchen safety: turn off the gas after use. Use the range hood. Never leave cooking unattended.
🔟 Full house cleaning available on request – 700 Baht.
1️⃣1️⃣ Smart TVs & Entertainment
Living room: YouTube, Plex, surround sound
Bedroom: Android box with free IPTV & streaming
1️⃣2️⃣ Damage & Repairs
Please report any accidental damage right away — no worries, we’ll sort it out together. Unreported damage may lead to post-departure charges.
