If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy. No Pets. No Smoking. No Events or Parties. No Children. Allow undefined. *Party is not allowed in our property. Loud noise is not permitted in the room or balconies at night. Our goal is to ensure a safe, comfortable stay for our guests, and to respect their privacy. -No smoking cigarettes & weed. Guests will be fined 500$ USD if they smoke inside the apartment. -Quiet time starts 10PM. -If you break anything in the apartment you have to inform the host and pay for the damage before you checkout. -If you vomit anywhere else in the apartment except in the toilet you will be fined 100$ USD before you checkout. -Parents are responsible for any damage caused by their children and the guests will be charged 200$ USD before they checkout if they wet the bed, sofa or anywhere else in apartment except the toilet even if it was an accident.
