We had a wonderful time and were astounded by the views of the beach. The staff was wonderful and informative, and they arranged a later checkin. The lodging was nice and spacious, with three bedrooms, three showers, a large kitchen, and, of course, large sliding doors that lead out to your private, lovely pool. There are a lot of mosquitoes this time of year, so bug spray is necessary. Maybe even some citronella candles as well. The beds were very comfortable, and the cleaners stocked the water, amenities, and towels. I must mention that the hill leading up to the property is a killer. I call it a heart attack hill. To get from place to place, including up and down that hill, we rent a motorcycle. They do have a shuttle, but it is only used three times a day, and we always misstime it. One drawback was the electricity, which is separate from the cost of your accommodation. We spent $3400 bht or $170 aud for five days. We were being careful to turn off when not needed, and we only used air conditioning for short periods. Really, it was a scam. The only real issue was this. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

The view is a fantastic complex with highend luxury apartments. Very roomy and wellequipped. The staff is excellent and accommodating. Because of its location, it is known as the view, and the view is breathtaking. Just a very steep hill to climb and descend, most taxis and tuk tuks will take you. However, some trip minibuses are refusing.

The accommodations were excellent. The view was worth the distance from the location, which was situated on a steep hill and required a shuttle to and from the property. The rooms are condos managed by The View, which owns and manages them.

Sangat parah, buruk hingga tidak ada layanan, AC rusak dan keras! Setelah diperbaiki tidak ada yang hilang. Handuknya mengingatkan pada pakaian lama dan furniturnya sudah usang dan rusak! Sayangnya tidak berhasil!

The views are stunning, just like in the photos. Especially at golden hour or sunset. With these views, you truly get your moneys worth. The condos interior design and styling are very contemporary and hip. There is plenty of space and excellent lighting. The common area shower was fantastic, with a white rock walkway leading to the rainfall shower head and skylight. We did notice that the units maintenance fell short of our expectations in terms of aesthetic and quality. We noticed chipped paint (4 wide tears) on the walls, water stains on the ceiling, drainage stains on the white walls in the shower, and some dirty surfaces. The linens on two beds were stained. It appears as though the unit was not thoroughly cleaned. Also, be aware that the beautiful views are made possible by very steep inclines leading up the hill to the property and further up to the apartments. Some taxi drivers wont be able to drive up include. Fortunately for us, our drivers had the necessary skills and vehicles to climb the include. Our checkin staff was very kind and attentive. The housekeeping staff was sharp and dismissive. The markets at the base of the hill were fantastic. If we didnt eat at restaurants along Kata beach, we shop at the condo every day to cook.

The rooms are clean and the view from the terrace is stunning. You can see the sunset from the infinity pool. A real gym with free weights and good machines. Highly recommended.

I spent 8 nights in a 3bedroom villa with a private pool. The villa is very impressive, spacious, and clean, with great views of the bay and town of kata. Friendly staff who will always help with a smile, free shuttle bus to kata and karon beach, and great food from the french chef.

The view was fantastic, however, the beds were extremely hard, and they charged us $30 per day for electricity even though we werent even home, but at night. The third bedroom almost caused a divorce.

Menginap selama 2 malam dalam perjalanan ke Phuket. Kondominium dengan pemandangan laut di semua kamar. Sepertinya dia tinggal di separuh rumah dan menyewakan separuh lainnya. Ada banyak kolam renang dan pusat kebugaran, dan restoran barat yang ringan buka dari pagi. Ada tuk-tuk gratis ke pantai. Direkomendasikan untuk menginap jangka panjang. Satu hal. Saya naik bus untuk mengantar saya dari bandara ke hotel, tetapi bukit terakhir menuju kondominium sangat curam sehingga bus tidak bisa mendakinya (lol). Tuk-tuk dari kondominium harus menjemput saya di bawah bukit dan berpindah.

Kami menyewa apartemen dengan kolam renang sendiri untuk 7 orang. Biasanya pompa kolam tidak berfungsi sama sekali, yang artinya warna kolam agak hijau. Air terjun di kolam hanya berfungsi sesekali. Staf sangat keras dan mencoba memperbaikinya tetapi tidak bisa. Karena air kolam tergenang di saluran pembuangan, ada bau tidak sedap di beberapa titik di taman. Tapi apartemen di dalamnya sangat bersih. Staf layanan sangat teliti. Hotel ini terletak di puncak gunung. Anda memiliki pemandangan laut yang indah dari taman, tetapi tanpa mobil atau skuter, sangat tidak menyenangkan turun ke kota dan kembali, setidaknya sangat melelahkan. The view was breathtaking, the cleanliness was impeccable, the pool was stunning, and the bathroom facilities were especially impressive. The staff members were all exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The proximity to the beach was balanced by the availability of a complimentary shuttle service. Additionally, theres a relaxing bar and pool at the reception, offering a stunning view of kata beach.

This condo is rated 5 out of 5. I am from the us. It is one of the nicest condos ive seen abroad. Very elegant and luxurious. Well built and planned. The pool is the best in the city. You will enjoy it.

Tempatnya sejuk, lokasinya nyaman, pemandangannya indah. Staf yang responsif. Satu-satunya downside adalah kamar dan terutama pipa ledeng. Ada yang bocor atau bocor di mana-mana, seolah-olah pipa itu buatan China atau seniman seperti itu. Secara keseluruhan, ini layak dipertimbangkan.

The view is breathtaking! What a stunning and breathtaking view! And you wont feel any people around, its so peaceful! However, before you arrive at the apartment, there is a very slanted slope. You need to demonstrate your driving skills to be truly successful.
