Sin duda todos son excelentes en lo que hacen, gerentes, encargados, meseros, chef, limpieza, atención al cliente, todos felicidades. El hotel es hermoso, la comida y la ubicación son perfectas y el servicio es excepcional. Realmente nos sentimos como en casa. Es seguro que regresaremos muy pronto para quedarnos por mucho más tiempo y disfrutar más de su hospitalidad y de este maravilloso destino.

We came here to eat at the restaurant above served by mohamed. The food is good, the service is sad, the best ive had in turkey. Try the pear dessert, its not sweet and very unique. Mohammed was very attentive to our needs and always willing to help. He noticed my wife was cold and closed the window. I would recommend it. The price is reasonable for this quality of food.

Next time i visit cappadocia, i will most certainly return there! It was such a lovely trip for the first time i was in cappadocia. Our time at the cratus stone palace hotel was enjoyable for my spouse and i. The setting was ideal. The personnel were like a large family, constantly checking on us and asking how we were doing, and everyone was incredibly kind and kind. They provided excellent customer service and were really helpful. Everything we required was in our stunning room. 10 out of 10 for cleanliness and hygiene. Also, the restaurants cuisine was excellent.

The rooftop is fully operational during the warmer months, i guess, but its a great spot to sip coffee while gazing out at the balloons and views outside. It was the ideal spot to stay and unwind after crowded Istanbul. This hotel, newly constructed in summer, welcomes visitors right away upon arrival. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and served for you. Cratus stone palace is definitely a place to spend your time in cappadocia. Also try their cheesecake at the restaurant it is the best!.
