The hotel is located in the center of ethic on a pedestrian street close to the sea. Inside the apartments, there is everything you need for good sleep, cooking, and relaxation. Very comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen with many tools, 2 bedrooms very comfortable for children, balcony with table and chairs. When we checked in, there were 2 small bottles of wine as a compliment, it was very nice. I particularly appreciate the owner and staff, who were very friendly and helpful. I hope they come back soon!

It was a wonderful stay. I enjoyed staying in this lovely luxury lodging for one night in the heart of Fethiye, almost across from the sea. There are numerous amenities within walking distance of this ideal pedestrianized area, including quaint little cafes, numerous dining options, and numerous stores. There is a large supermarket and nearby attractions, including a fish market, which is only a fiveminute walk away. The bus station, which provides regular doll services, is also located just five minutes away from my lodging. It is never a problem to get a taxi at any time of the day. The amazing Calls beach is also only a 5-minute stroll away as well along a pedestrianized walkway. The residence hotel's main entrance is also accessible by a parking lot. My temperature was taken and I was offered free masks and shoe protectors when I arrived. Very tidy, with all government regulations in place, it is a couid safe environment. My hotel also provided a fast, efficient internet system with WiFi connection once I checked in on all floors. Including internet. Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating to all my inquiries, in a incredibly friendly atmosphere. Id heartily endorse this charming apartment motel complex.

We stayed in the So king Residence for two weeks. Amazing hotel with superb service and staff. We had a queen suite on the top floor with a beautiful private terrace overlooking the ocean one way and the castle the other. Excellent kitchen, comfortable bed, air cheating, powerful shower. To use netflix. Everything you need. A small carrefour supermarket is a short walk away, an excellent backbeat coffee shop is directly on the door, and there are many stores, restaurants, and pastry shops nearby. The ideal place to explore Fethiye.
