Lovely stay away for NY a 6 min walk into town parking onsite but could be tight if you have a big car very clean and comfortable

The apartment was lovely with new finishings. The car park was a tight squeeze and the outside areas did not look inviting. The bed was comfortable but could use new pillows and a larger bed would have been beneficial. Was pleasantly surprised that toilet roll and cleaning products were available as assumed the property was self catering. The whole apartment was clean and in a convenient location to the beaches and town.

Please be aware that you need to upload a passport online to a third party company for every person over 16 that is staying at the property. We were not aware of this until after the free cancellation period was over. There is no mention in the listing or confirmation that the passport would be the only document accepted. We were uncomfortable doing this with all the online identity theft that is prevalent today. The communication with the property was poor. We messaged several times through Expedia but didn’t receive a reply. We ended up emailing the property to request that the entry instructions be forwarded to us the day before we arrived as we didn’t have internet while travelling. However they were very unhelpful and we didn’t receive these until after we’d left our previous accommodation on the day that we were due to arrive. This meant we had to go and find wifi locally before we could enter the property. This is the only property out of the 25 that we stayed at during our 55 days in the UK that was unable to do this for us. However the property was spacious, comfortable and easy walking distance to the town and beach. Having the washing machine was fantastic however there was not a rack or anywhere to hang your clothes to dry. The kitchen was well equipped. Onsite parking was tight but good to have. The lift from the car park to the unit which is on the 4th floor was really appreciated.
