Spent a lovely 3 days here at this location. The apartment was spacious, clean, and in a great location. In the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles this place was a true gem it felt very private and was in walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. The kitchen was stocked well with utesitels and cook ware. The best was having the washer/dryer right there in the apartment and it was so convenient especially when traveling with family. I have to say we really enjoyed and would stay here again in the future!

Gut ausgestattet 3 Zimmer Apartment, mit allem was man so braucht. Wir hatten das Wohnzimmer zur Hauptstraße raus, daher ein bisschen lauter. Schlafzimmer waren hinten raus. Sauber und ordentlich. Kann ich weiterempfehlen. K. H.

Upon arrival the room and garage were accessible as described in the instructions. The room was clean and fully furnished. It was nice to walk to the Studio City business district for breakfast.

The check in was a lot of trouble as well as the ridiculous amount for taxes and fees

This is a vacation rental but we didnt feel like we were on vacation. We rented this to be able to cook meals but there was a lack of cook ware, and leftovers couldnt be saved. What was provided was very basic, less than a standard hotel provides. No washrags in the bathrooms, 1 kitchen towel only. 1 pillow per person, no extras. The elevator was broken so we had to cart all of our luggage up and down the stairs. The space was good, beds comfortable but i would not stay here again.

Beautiful apartment, within 15 minutes of Universal Studios and 40 minutes of Disneyland. Lots of eateries and grocery stores around the corner. Wish the kitchen was better equipped. No dishtowels to wipe hands or dry dishes. No dishes to microwave leftovers (dishes had gold trim so were not useable in the microwave). No cutting board, no pot holders to get stuff out of the oven, no paper towels, no spatula to flip eggs or pancakes, no peeler, knives were dull. No mixing bowls. But LA has lots of great eating places so eat out.

I bought Universal Season passes for my family, but we're from out of town so that means finding a place to stay--hopefully one we can use again and again as we use our passes. Overall, the apartment was clean and had plenty of space which we were grateful for, but we were so darn uncomfortable in the beds it made our experience staying here unpleasant. If you like brick-firm mattresses, then this place will be great for you. For everyone else, consider a different option. No one slept well including the teenager on the futon (called a sofa pullout in the room description). Frankly, the futon and the frame it was on was the cheapest possible option and you could hear the squeak of my brother turning all night long. Due to the sleep situation, we found other points in the room we would have been fine with except they became annoying per we weren't sleeping. 1) The toilet ran the first night we were there non-stop, very loudly. 2) There was no blow dryer (thankfully we'd brought one) and no laundry soap for the washer. 3) The furniture, the towels, the kitchenware, and the toilet paper were all the cheapest possible products you could get on the market. Again, we probably would have overlooked, but we were all so tired we were ready to leave California a day early and go back to work just so we could sleep in our own beds. The other rooms may be better. For all interested parties, avoid room 201 if you do not like sleeping on a plank.

We were traveling so not able to constantly check e mail. We arrived at night at this apartment we thought there would be some sort of check in staff. Nope. I called and the lady who answered was a bit snippy in saying that she just e mailed the check in info the day before. We couldn't park or get into the building without this info. When we got into the garage the spot we were assigned was extremely tight. My husband, after many tries, barely managed to get our SUV parked, but it was very stressful. When we open the hatch of the trunk it hit the cement ceiling. When we got into the apartment is was very clean and spare. The kitchen was bare. Not even any coffee or paper towels. The beds were so hard they were very uncomfortable to sleep on. They were thin, plastic covered mattress, like we often see in dorms. We couldn't use the dishwasher because there was no detergent. One of the toilets constantly, loudly ran. There was no one to address these issues with. In the e mail it said to not adjust the temp below 72 or else it would hurt the system. I was very disappointed that the place not functional. I sent a message to the management and have not heard back. I would never stay here again. If something is wrong there is no way to get it fixed. Asked for a partial refund and have not gotten a response.

The best we can say about this property is the location. First off- we were wary about the "check-in". It was extremely uncomfortable having to send a total stranger a copy of my driver's license and credit card- front and back- before they would send us the security code to get in. The front "security door" could be pushed open by a 3rd grader. The front door to the actual rental has no lock on it, only a handle with a security code, and a flimsy one at that. We felt very unsafe. There were very little amenities to use. There weren't even washcloths to bathe with. The bath towels left fuzz all over me. I had to take any laundry we needed done to a laundromat because the washer had a large amount of mold in it. The place was filthy. It looked like it hadn't been swept/vacuumed in a long time. Would NOT recommend it.

We had booked this apartment several months ago and there are now several more reviews posted. I would not have booked this place had these reviews been posted while we were looking for a place. A few of the issues.... 1) Elevator not working - someone posted this in March and surprise, surprise....it was broken for our entire 4 day stay. 2) No hairdryer - this seems like a basic thing and I've never stayed in a place that didn't have a hair dryer. If there is a theft concern then fix a hairdryer to the wall. 3) Limited kitchen supplies which makes the kitchen not useable - no paper towels. no utensils (e.g. spatula). no dishwasher detergent. no pot holder to get hot things out of the oven. limited number of cups and plates that have gold edging that cannot be used in the microwave to warm things up. 4) no tissues - this is a low cost item that would make it feel more like home. 5) light bulbs not working - we told them about this on the 1st day and they were not replaced. 6) no welcome folder to explain anything or who to call in an emergency. Interestingly, the owners post comments against every review to say they're sorry to hear that people had a bad experience and that they should have expressed their concerns while staying. However, people continue to post the same reviews with the same issues so clearly the owners have no intention of creating a long term solutions. There were so many things about this place that could have been better...

Apartment was clean and in a nice location. The interaction with property manager was awkward at best. Wanted a copy of id before arriving but was already traveling when requested. Took 4 calls to get a hold if someone when I arrived and the person on the phone made me feel like I was bothering them. A lot of traffic noise, early in the morning especially....no need for a 6am wakeup call. No linens in apartment, had to reuse towels for the group. No kitchen linens either so no cooking. Was nice to have assigned parking but larger vehicle would have hard time parking. More than one night had to move around cars using charging station. If people would have been home next to parking spot I would not have fit. Will not be booking again.

When I walked in, I was "wow, cool, we should have stayed here for longer". However, little by little it turned into "meh" and then "oh maaaan" and "when are we checking out already?" Dust everywhere. Cleaning fee is included but seems like not used for cleaning really. The place has little furniture. The couch is badly beat up. Kitchen has the fewest possible items. 2 cups for example. The worse thing is the feeling that someone else already used towels and bedding. We wanted to wash everything ourselves but no detergent to be found. Finally, the door didn't have any lock beside the digital one. Like none! We were seriously thinking leaving right away because there were no way to ensure that no one would not walk in the middle of the night. Not even sure if the thing before is "the worst" and not this one.
