This property is such a lovely stat. Right in downtown Mesa but not loud or super busy. Easily within walking distance of restaurants. The apartment was extremely clean and confortable. I will definitely stay here again if im in the area.

Couldn’t have a better location in Mesa! Fabulous walkability. The unit and property were clean. Having the pool was fantastic. We would stay here again. Only things to note that might be less than great for you: - There is no parking on property but plenty of on street and free parking. - The AC in the unit only goes to 70°. It was only March and we wish it was a lower temp, especially overnight in the bedroom. I imagine the summer would be a little uncomfy as there is no fan in the bedroom. - You are responsible for taking your trash to the dumpster which is outside the building. I have lived in many a high rise apartment buildings and always had access to a trash shoot on the same floor. Highly recommend this spot!

This property was great! Easy access, felt safe, and the apartment was very clean. Lots of amenities in the complex. Within walking distance of many (yummy) restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect landing spot for us for our visit to the area. The only challenge was parking, though we were able to find close, free parking. You may have to work to find it if you arrive during a busy time. Located slightly off Main St., there are lots of options for food and shopping. Most of the restaurants and shops are closed on Sundays, though. The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us. I am a tall person, so the bed was not as comfortable (Queen-sized) as I needed, but it was adequate. The host was quick with communication and instructions. We experienced no issues with our stay. Happy to stay here again when we visit next year.

Apartment was fully equipped and safe. The bed was very comfortable. Just be aware, there is no on-site overnight parking. The area is very safe, with good restaurants and dining.

The property was great and the host was very quick to respond when needing certain questions answered. Room was super clean when we walked in. Only 1 bugaboo I had was: we had to find parking somewhere else rather than on the property itself. I understand that parking is for paying customers who live at that place, however, if people are paying to stay there, they should have access to the parking spot corresponding to the room. Me and my guest were there for a convention and had some heavy luggage to haul back and forth from a parking spot we finally found after about 30min of looking. Once again i understand the rules of the property but it makes it ALMOST a deal breaker, BUT, other than that, the stay was comfortable and was as advertised.

The Good: Clean, comfortable apartment. Good price. The Bad: Checking in was a PAIN! Take a selfie, photo of front & back of driver license and credit card. Then they text you the apt# and pass code. Name of bldg didn't match booking.(Asral vs Forge). NO ONSITE PARKING!! Had to park down the street around the corner. Inspite of nice accommodations, I would NOT stay again!

Listing on hotels.com states there is parking, but there is NO reserved parking. You will be forced to find parking on the street, and you may or may not have to pay for it. Going through the pre-check in process was painful, they use lousy apps to get your deposit, ask for ID, and finally let you know there won't be parking. Options in this area are limited, not sure if we'd stay here again.

No parking at or near this place. My wife has a disability and can't walk about a mile to the room each time we use the car. I cancelled but was not able to get a refund. The owner said that there was on-street parking, which is true, but it is all 2-hour parking. The owner then said for us to talk to one of the local businesses, to see if we could park there. Of course, we did not do that.

SECURITY DEPOSIT FRAUD Upon checking in we noticed damage to a lamp and reported it to the owner over the phone (as this is an apartment complex and they rent out apartments so there is no front desk). We sent photos as well. When we left they charged us $100 and notified me they were charging me for the lamp. I replied and showed them the photos that were taken when we checked in as well as myself contacting them and providing that information right away. The aardvark company who does the booking replied their "cleaning team" said there was no damage prior to our check in. I asked for what evidence they had, as well as asking for an itemized invoice of the lamp price. They told me the charges were going to stay, wouldnt provide me with an invoice for proof and said to contact Hotels.com. I am currently disputing the charges but will NEVER stay here again.
