Kona Bali Kai features a grocery shopping service through Castle Island where groceries are delivered to guest rooms upon request. Purchases over USD 50 will receive a USD 10 discount. Front desk hours are between 08:00 and 17:00. If checking in after hours, please proceed to the phone located right behind the lobby gate. This will then connect to the property's answering service. They will then provide directions to the guests' room and combination for the lock box. The following morning, the property asks that the guest proceed to the front desk to formally check in.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
