It's a beautiful spot. We were only there 1 night but wish we could have stayed longer. It's so cool having your own little cottage where you can lounge on the deck and enjoy the view. The water was quite cold but there were people swimming and kayaking.

We stayed in the building of attached rooms, not in one of the cottages, and it is set back from the bay a little bit, but has a great water view from the very large balconies off of each room. The room seemed clean although, we were getting black feet walking around in our bare feet Bathroom is small, if you are a large overweight person you probably will not be comfortable sitting on the toilet, because it is very close to the wall, and also if you have children or are elderly the shower pressure from the shower head is unbelievable and almost knocks you over and is almost painful. The rooms have a mini fridge and a microwave, super useful, and I absolutely loved being able to park right in front of the room, so you could easily come and go to your car as needed. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There is no daily breakfast and there is no pool, but we loved the large balcony and the view out to the bay, and the water was so beautiful. We also loved being able to play horseshoes and shuffleboard and there's a great swing set play area right down on the water, and then of course you can get in the water if you want. The beach there in Maine is a little bit rocky, it is not soft sand, but still you can get into the water and swim in the bay if you want, there are no big waves because it is like a protected inlet area. There apparently is no food delivery in the area and the restaurants are in town in Belfast, they close a little bit early, drive over. Loved it all

Nice cottage in an absolutely gorgeous location, which access to a beach right on the property in front of the cottage. The cottage itself was clean, well-maintained and very comfortable. Kitchen is small but perfectly functional. Large windows facing the ocean (and a porch) mean we spent most of our stay just staring at the view. Would definitely visit again.

The location to the town of Belfast was perfect, sitting just 7 minutes away, making it easy to pop in and grab coffee or breakfast before hitting the beach. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet, private beach, even though the beach was more rock than sand - but at least our things weren’t covered in sand! We had the best time here, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We love colonial gables, the view, cabins, location everything is wonderful. Only thing would be to maybe replace and add some items in the kitchen. The cutting board and frying pan really should be tossed and replaced. There weren't any pot holders/oven miss for when using the oven. We've been many times in the past and this was the first time we found the kitchen poorly stocked with basic items. No dish pods for the dishwasher, no baking sheets, paper towels, etc. There is a note in the cabin saying if you need something to call the front desk. I feel these are basic items that should've need to be called for and we don't like to call, so I guess that's on us. I ended up buying disposable baking sheets, a new frying pan and dish pods for the dishwasher as well as paper towels. Cutlery was limited too with only two very dull knives.

the place is Great, right on the water with a small beach, 5 minutes away from Youngs Lobster pound which has great lobster. They are about an hour fifteen minutes to Bar Harbor but at a price that makes it worth it. Did not find a lot to do in Downtown Belfast but the ocean views make up for that. We were only there for a few days and when we left my Wife and I both said we were going to go back and stay longer next.

If you are looking for all the bells and whistles, this might not be the place for you, but if you want a nice ocean side cottage, this is the place for you. The staff was amazing and there was shuffle board and horseshoes on the property as well as a campfire you could light every night. The location was convenient but not really very walkable to any place. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed to rustle up a small meal. We would definitely stay again.

We only stayed a couple of nights but found our room very clean and tidy. The area was very quiet and we especially appreciated the quiet AC unit during the recent heat wave. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful.
