This place was clean and in a great location, right by San Pedro Square. Plenty of great food and nightlife to walk to. It's more of an apartment building, but it worked well for us and made sense financially. The free parking spot was an added bonus. My one complaint is that two of the three elevators in the main lobby were not in operation. Getting up and down to the 9th floor sometimes took an unreasonably long time depending on the elevator traffic. For a building that's only 10 years old, I don't understand why two elevators could be unavailable.

Great apartments, very central location, generously appointed with a parking garage. Check in was easy, but we got multiple emails and requests to sign documents saying we are corporate travelers when we are not. Lovely and modern, few hiccups like key fobs and keys not working. So we had to make do with one key, but very very good and comfortable. We were heading out, but it does stay noisy as you are beside all the bars and entertainment, but quitens down by 1am, didn’t bother us.

Although we loved the place and the location, we found that the checking in process a little difficult as there are no clear, detailed information but just the basic "see the concierge about your keys." First off, we had to look for the entrance. We weren't informed that the lobby doors remains locked, luckily someone let us in. Once we were given all the keys, we had to figure out how to get in the garage. We had to go back to the concierge and ask how to get in, "wave the garage sensor to the sky," we were told. Once in the garage we had to figure out which door to the elevator. More detailed information would be ideal, such as how to get in to the building, how to get in to the garage, and where the garage exit points are. Despite this, we had a great time and loved the place and convenience of its location. Thank you!

The initial communication from the property requesting ID and registration form feels very "spammy" because there are typos in the signature block, incorrect punctuation and grammar. However, this is a real place and it's very nice! When arriving on a weekend night, be aware the street is blocked off to traffic and the whole area basically turns into a nightclub with loud music and lots of drunk people - nevertheless, the area feels very safe and the check in process is easy. The building seems to be occupied mostly by young adults and the "quiet hours" are not respected. The unit itself is very clean and spacious, however, strangely there are NO hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms, therefore, for longer stays it would get frustrating quickly to not be able to hang towels, clothes, toiletry bag etc in the bathroom. There is also only one towel per person which seems cheap for the rate they charge. The reception staff are super nice, friendly and helpful! Overall the location is amazing for the SAP center and Caltrain station, both are easy walking distance.

The property is gorgeous, the apartment is cosy, and location is excellent. Check-in procedures are complicated and confusing but the people in the building are so friendly and helpful it makes up for a lot of the trouble.

I requested to change dates, which wasnt executed. So, I cancelled and re-booked with the new dates. That second reservation then got cancelled, days later wo my request. I had to quickly rebook (for the 3rd time). The communication re: ID is very clunky. Information is provided, then a daily automated email requests more. Plus multiple requests for Info in different emails. Even when information is provided, more requests come thru for the same info. You have to fix the Processes. The onsite Concierge were fantastic (Toni and Cynthia). Hope this feedbk helps.

Upon arrival A/C was not working. during our stay did not get resolved. Had to open windows and balcony door to get a small breeze, however in the path of Airport therefore it was a bit noisey. Notices signs on certain units that Hot water was not available. Luckily our unit not a problem. Located in a great area but not sure if I would stay there again.

The property has three elevators only one was working, the trash shoot was not working, on my last day, Friday, December 26 the smoke detector kept beeping, called maintenance. They came and changed the battery. Later that evening, the smoke detector kept on beeping and beeped the entire night and the rest of my stay Saturday morning.

The room was in good condition, amenities were fine. Biggest issue was the location of the room to San Pedro Square. Unless the windows and doors are replaced there is a major noise issue in this unit - every night of the week there is live music, on Thurs-Sat there is music until 2:00am. This is very impactful to sleep

Upon arrival, there was no one at concierge to give me the key package. Phone their emergency number and no one called back. Phoned their office, spoke with someone who said they would get right back to me and nothing. Had to book another hotel for the night and now will have to deal with Expedia to hopefully get a refund.

Great location and clean apartment, which were definite positives. However, there was a strong curry odor throughout the unit that would not go away despite leaving windows open, running the AC, and using a fan. Unfortunately, this significantly affected the stay. Customer service was very rigid and lacked understanding when dealing with unexpected issues or emergencies. Because of this, I would only recommend this place as a last resort, despite its convenient location.

Check in process bad experience. One of the two key sets did not work. Luckily I tried the key fob prior to going to the unit. I was not also given parking access when I communicated on the forms that were submitted. I called to sort out the parking. No response at all. Make sure to wash all the sheets and towels prior to using.

고객 서비스도 좋지 않고 내부시설도 별로 입니다 1. 화장실에 계속 소음이 납니다. 아마 보일러 소리인것 같은데 굉장히 거슬립니다 2. 공항 근처인 것은 감안 하더라도 비행기 소음도 크게 납니다 3. 샤워부스에 물도 샤워 헤드와 수도꼭지에서 동시에 나와 물이 시원하게 안나옵니다 4. 방에 있는 안내에는 체크아웃시 컨시어지에게 키를 전달하거나 방에 두라고 하였으나 메일로 안내된 내용에는 컨시어지에게 전달하지말고 방에 두라고 되어있습니다. 만약 제가 메일을 확인하지 않고 방에 있는 잘못된 안내문만 보고 컨시어지에게 키를 반납했다면 저에게 키 보증금 350불을 청구하셨을려나요? 그리고 제일 화가 났던건 무료로 제공하는 물을 주지 않았다는 것입니다 시설리스트에 물 제공이 있었고 체크인 때 물이 없어 전화를 걸었더니 지금 대응 할 수 있는 스태프가 없다고 하면서 물을 보내주지 않았습니다. 이건 스태프의 실수 입니다. 미국 특성상 근처에 편의점도 없고 슈퍼도 멀리 있습니다 물을 구하기 위해서 주위 음식점에서 7불을 주고 구매하였습니다 다음날에 물을 보내준다 했으나 결국 아무도 오지않았습니다 그리고 제가 계속 모든것을 전화로 걸어서 확인해야했고 대응하는 직원들은 모두 불친절했습니다

We booked this hotel expecting a family-friendly stay, but the experience was the opposite. Upon arrival, surrounding streets were blocked due to a block party, making access by car extremely difficult. This was not disclosed in advance. The noise was unbearable and continued into the evening. We were traveling with a baby who sleeps early, and the noise completely disrupted his sleep. Because of this, we did not stay at the hotel at all and had to leave and book another hotel to have a restful night. What made the experience worse was the lack of response afterward. I called multiple times to complain and request a refund, but no one from the billing office returned my calls or messages. This is not a family-friendly property, and the lack of communication and accountability was very disappointing. I would not recommend this property to anyone let alone to families or anyone seeking a quiet, restful stay. Even one star is very generous.

Could reach no one. Had to text or email and took hours to respond. Had to park outside in Downtown. Could never reach anyone for parking. To lower easement for 2 days before maintenance came out . Had to buy my own plunger. Front desk and concierge were no help.
